I'm always careful with new supplements in drink form. Especially if they claim to be "flavorless".This is genuinely ZERO flavor. I tried it in a glass of plain water first, figuring if it tasted bad I could just chug it. But this honestly just tasted like water. It dissolved like there was nothing either. No powder or grit at all!Since then I've been putting it in my morning electrolytes & evening magnesium. I've heard Inositol is good from driving creatine into muscles, so I'm starting to add it with that in my pre-workout too. At almost 50, you can't be too careful when it comes to muscle maintenance.

This inositol powder is completely tasteless and dissolves quickly and completely in water. It appears to be of good quality and has the appropriate ratios. This container is a 60-day supply. As far as effectiveness goes, only time will tell.
