once again I turned to Amazon and got this for less than 50% of the price of the local well known supplier (sc****fix). this is the pine coloured filler and I must say its quality, and a perfect match for the pine on my pergola, all screw holes counter sunk and filled using this filler, say to apply no mess and perfect consistency. tool/spatula used to apply easily cleaned and once filler was dry it sanded perfectly to a smooth finish. Highly recommend.

This filler is perfect for those small indoor and outdoor jobs, that need sorting quickly. It's so easy to use and spreads evenly and quickly, with little waste. Once dry, it is easy to sand down and gives a smooth finish. A really good product 👏 👌

Used to hide some blemishes on structural pine. Apparently this stuff dries pretty light in colour, so just be mindful of that. I found that giving a light sand when it's touch dry 20-30 minutes after applying to the surrounding area helps blend it in a bit better, just be careful not to be too rough with it. Sands off pretty easy even weeks after drying too, just harder to blend it in then. As it says, don't put on too thick to avoid cracking. Build it up in thin layers and sand lightly between instead.

Nice, does the job, drys hard and ready to be sanded, super easy to use and would recommend. its not too gluggy either and went on very well great price . put a plastic seal on it when done inside lid so it stays moist. it will last longer

This filler honestly reminded me of peanut butter in texture - its pretty thick and heavy and very slightly 'gritty'. But it spreads well. Its not quite as smooth a finish as a general-purpose surface-filler such as Polyfilla, but it does bond well to wood and dries very hard. I didn't read the description properly before purchasing this so I wasn't aware that it was only good for repairs up to 5mm deep - that's pretty shallow when you actually measure it. I bought it to repair some wooden ceiling beams that had been chewed up by nail holes, notches for light fitting mounts etc, and some of the notches were deeper than that. It does 'sag' if you try and apply it in holes deeper than that, but thankfully it does bond well to itself, so you can build it up in a few layers (the packaging confirms this is OK). With a quick drying time of 30-60 minutes, you can actually build up a few layers pretty quickly. Overall I think this is exceptional value for money - you get loads in a tub that will last for all but the biggest jobs you could be using it for - and works well. Very happy to recommend and would definitely buy again.

Easy to use and good for internal use. Hasn't worked externally, it won't take a stain and falls out after a while. Disappointing.

Does an ok job but you can see the joins, used light pine to match light pine moulding around mitre joints etc but like any colour matching expected a variation when dry which I hoped would be disguised with staining but the filling appears not to absorb staining and shows through even after several coats ok at a distance but visible on close inspection a generous amount in tub probably more than the average DIYer needs
