Really does restore rotted wood. Great saviour.

They leave out the warnings on the listing about the harmful fumes, how you need to call poison control if you breath in the fumes and how it can irritate your eyes, throat so this nasty product is getting binned.contains High concentrations of Acetone

Does the job of solidifying wood to enable filler on damaged wood.

I am a very proud caravan owner and I like to do my own patching up whenever I can. During a recent maintenence, I noticed that on one of the corners, underneath the caravan, the wood has got a bit spongy and I was thinking about repairing it by removing part of the floor and replacing it. I came across wet rot hardener and decided to give it a go, as it would save me a lot of work. Having carefully applied it, I was relly happy to discover that the wood has hardened to the point where I was able to paint over it and no longer worry about it. Recommended.

I found it less effective than indicated in the advertised claims. May be good on horizontal surfaces but not vertical posts as it's very runny.

Easy to apply. Only pour out small quantities at a time into the green lid (provided). Though I placed used paint brush in white spirit it remained rather tacky. Don't use an expensive paint brush to apply. Use a clean paint brush. Don't be surprised if you find you need another tin, as I need to treat base of an old shed and have run out!

Aussitôt reçu aussitôt appliqué. L'application du produit sur le bas du montant de portail, appliqué a l'aide de seringue, car inaccessible avec un pinceau. Le bois était pourrit par l'intérieur donc très humide, le produit pénètre très bien dans le bois ( il faut enlever le plus possible de bois pourrit pour faciliter la pénétration ) Il faut attendre 24 à 48 heures pour avoir un bon résultat. Le nettoyage de la seringue le faire avec de l'eau tout de suite, une fois sec la seringue est morte. Résultat de l'application très satisfait du produit.
