Excellent product used it for over a year. Has helped my energy levels so much

I have been taking these Vit B complex pills for a few years, especially after the Covid lockdown periods when one stayed at home and could not catch a lot of sun. I felt regularly out of energy and taking Vit. B regularly has clearly helped to fee more energetic in general.

As we are off to Turkey it was recommended by our Pharmacist that we either consume loads of Marmite or take a vitamin B complex supplement as a precaution against mosquito bites. Apparently it helps as a deterrent to the ever hungry insects.The cost of tablets was reasonable and the delivery prompt. Upon opening the tub you can detect an aroma that is quite strong but I found that swallowing the small tablet was easy as the instructions stated to take with a meal.Hopefully taking these supplements for just over a month before our holidays will help. We will see. In any case there haven’t been any negative effects to date
