This is a good product. Connection is easy, just make sure that you connect to 2.4GHz band. I have a dual band model, so I simply separated the channels by not allowing the router to select the best channel. Used 2.4GHz for initial set-up of the bridge. And then changed the set-up of the router back to auto select. It worked well. Instruction is fine, but you need to read that carefully. Please make sure that there is no VPN running on your phone.Supplier is super good. I had a problem after a few months. I contacted the vendor, and they sent a new device immediately. Extremely good experience. I will buy again from this supplier, and recommend to everyone.

I absolutely love this product, I was having issues with people leaving lights on in my business and costing me a fortune over the weekends. Eventually I did my research and found out that this product was the best. Usually companies sell two different varieties one with neutral and one without. But this is compatible for both. Easy setup with the hub. Took no more than 20 mins to install all three switches and the hub!!

Bought this as a Tuya gateway for some BLE louvelite blinds I own. When it works it works however I find most days when I go to control my blinds this gateway has lost connection with 1 or more of them. They’re all in the same room within a couple meters of the hub so distance isn’t the issue. It’s wired over Ethernet also so it’s not a internet issue. A power cycle usually solves it but ultimately it’s not doing what it was intended to. Looking for a better alternative.

I have only used this with Moes Zigbee equipment. I have it mounted in my office on the first floor and it connects to equipment around the house and in the garage. it has been 100% reliable after several weeks.Entering the garage from the house involves a step down and the light switch was awkward to find in the dark, now using equipment linked to this the light turns on automatically when I open the door and turns off when I close the door.

Does not work with all zigbee devices

My unit works for a few hours then drops all its connections, it worked perfectly fine for about 8 months, frustrating because I need the hub to pair the light switches up 😡🤬

I bought a smart door handle and thought it would improve my life until i had it installed and realised it was bluetooth only and i had no access to it once i left the house. I bought this Gateway and it gave me access to the door from anywhere. I still dont have 100% control but thats not the gateways fault , but it did fix the situation for me and gives me peace of mind now. Very happy with this little gadget - easy setup too

Bought this for my mothers house (as have already used a zigbee one in the past), great little device and easy to set up. Wish I had bought one for myself now, as my own one does not have all the functionality as this one does.
