This is a great product , I just leave it to dissolve in my mouth and have been taking it alongside a couple of drops of CBD oil 3 times a day, this is because I believe I am depleted and am in need- I'll be reducing this when I feel ready.(I also take vit D3 once a day )It wasnt long before I noticed the difference and felt better in myself and more energetic. Ive looked up lots of stuff about VitK2-MK7 and I think that everyone should be taking this product , because it is so crucial and likely to be lacking as it doesn't occur in many foods.It can be hard to choose which supplements we need to take and to consider what is actually going to be cost effective and sustainable.like everyone I've tried lots of things and buy things but dont stick to anything; and I do lots of research on nutrition and do so daily as its a passion of mind.I am now convinced that if you live in England or any country that doesnt get enough sunlight or you dont have time to be out in the sun you need to takevitamin D3 and vitamin K2- MK7 daily , they work together and are desperately needed and the best bit is that they are both cost effective , not costing much for a years supply , so there is really no excuse not to get them and together they will massively reduce your risk for cancer, osteoporosis and many other things - you can just google them, with a bit of digging there's tonnes of stuff to read and watch.If you get plaque build up in your mouth and or have bad teeth try this immediately.if you have week bones or a family history of such or are heading towards the menopause You need this. enough said < do your research and youll know what im going on about. Good value for money and works

I ordered this after reading that it's invaluable for the body processing calcium which, as a woman, is also invaluable in fighting against osteoporosis. K2 is usually found in fermented food which people get good amounts of in their diet in Asian countries and Eastern Europe, but really not in the West any more. These particular pills do the job I need - they're very small and easy to take and I think great value considering there's a year's supply in the pot. Will definitely buy again

Although I have not yet started taking this particular brand (as I still have some left to finish from my previous brand), everything I have read about Nu U and their products leaves me with a good 'glow' and belief that they are a good quality company with a good range of products. Also English.Their customer service also is much better than a previous supplier and the general tone of doing business augurs well for the future.I am over 70 and I live on a (WFPBD) Whole Food Plant Based Diet (superior to a Vegan Diet) with CR (Calorie Restriction) and IF (Intermittent Fasting 17:7, tighter than the more common 16:8) and have never felt so well and full of life for all the time I have been alive.When I was young I had health problems with Juvenile Spondilitis, Plantafashitis and Arthritis - all long since gone through change in lifestyle and diet. The regular doctors do not want to believe that I achieved this by following wise words of those who have learned about Nutrition - something that the Medical Schools do not teach in the UK and USA. The fact is I have saved the NHS a fortune on medications previously prescribed.I was told that I had developed Cataracts in both eyes, I turned to supplements.
