The tennis racket itself is nice, and good quality. Sadly, there is something inside the frame that rattles, when I spoke to amazon, they offered a refund, but no replacement, and very restrictive pick-up slots, even though I stated I was travelling. Very poor customer service, I appreciate the agents are restricted, but there is no customer consideration from amazon.in as a company. Would not purchase sporting equipment from them again and would use dedicated suppliers. Due to my unavailability for their restrictive pick-up slots, I am stuck with a defective product and out of pocket.
