Quality and Installation
This is a two part reviewFirst part: Thanks to the sales team , who contacted after 48 hours of delivery offering to install.The technician came promptly on the appointed day and installed the unit. We tested it for two days and is working normally ,Second part:1.The GOOD PART is rated output . It is 12 - 15 lit per hour and the auto shut of mechanism works fine2. Internal units seems to be regualr items3. The TDS test is a GOOD PART . The technician showed that the input water TDS is 440 and the output water is 40 and he could adjunst it only to about 35 .4. Finally the water did TASTE okIt is VALUE for your money , as the recovery cost of the unit is about an yearat the rate of 30 L / week consumptionThe production dept has to concentrate on the following points to improve the quality1. If there is a leak ( raw water ) in the upper compartment , then it can flow to the bottom( clean water ) compartement , as there are holed in the upper compartment2. The assembly of the unit is not done professionally , The screws used to seccure the tanks are not done properly3. Intially there were leaks from the inlet port and the technician fixed it4. This is not a Plug and Play unit and the help of a installation engineer is a MUST5. The service cost is Rs 500/=

Servicing
The product is very good but the bad thing is to do the servicing after every 3 months. Which costs 500rs for each time. That means 2500rs for 12 months. I felt that's more expensive. If we don't do the servicing the water is bitter.

Okay for the price
Just been two days that I’ve installed the filter. The water tastes okayish. It’s probably because Delhi water itself is really hard water. The installation was hassle free. And the rest the technician has told to keep getting the service and change the filter every 5-6 months. Hope it goes well. The tds level was around 120-130. He said it keeps getting better as you filter it.
