I use them mostly for cycling to work with. I have used these a couple of days each week for about three months now and they don’t show hardly any sign of wear. One trip I unfortunately slashed a tyre 4 miles from home and had to complete the long and lonely walk home, the cleats were comfortable and again did not show much sign of wear. I would highly recommend these.
