These are the most comfortable heels I’ve ever owned! I bought these three years ago and they are still my favorite heels. Was so glad to be able to buy them again in a different color. I have a wide foot and they are very comfortable. The floral design is very pretty as well

As someone in her 50s that doesn’t wear heels often, it’s often a struggle to find cute shoes that are comfortable. These are them! I have 3 pairs of these in different colors. I bought these gold ones to go with my mother of the bride dress & they’re perfect!

True to size... I wear a shoe size 11.5, ordered a 12. There was no over hand or sliding forward.Mind you: I have a regular common skinny foot, a long toes. These were great. One star was taken away because they're more casual and clunky & chunky.

My entire adult life I have been a size 7, regardless of brand, I should have known right away when I tried them on, but I was so excited to go out to dinner in them that I ignored the obvious, they are for sure a 1/2 size too large for me. Thank God for the ankle strap, otherwise they would have had me a@@ over tea kettle the first time I got out of the car. I feel like I'm a kid, wearing my mom's shoes. I shouldn't have worn them out. I should have gotten a smaller size. I still might. They're super cute and comfortable. But SIZE DOWN. Especially if you ordered wide. This is now the second pair in a week I purchased from Naturalizer, and apparently they just make shoes that are 1/2 a size bigger than everyone else. I managed to return the other pair.

It was three pairs before the perfect ones arrived. The first pair I ordered was a 7.5 R white satin that was a resale item. The item arrived in pretty good condition, however the box was a mess and all that was in the box were the shoes. Nothing wrapping them at all, which kind of makes sense as they were pre-purchased. When trying them on I could not get over how cramped my toes were so I purchased, a “new” 7.5 W in Pearl leather. These shoes also arrived with nothing in the box but the shoes, which seemed odd, but the shoes fit so much better. The unfortunate thing was this pair seemed to have been worn, as the back of the heels was broken in. So I purchased the last pair “pre-owned” 7.5 W in white satin, which had minor ware. This pair came in a slightly damaged box, so I was not expecting much. I was blown away, it was if these were brand new! They have the cardboard shoe inserts, they were both wrapped in tissue paper and in separate plastic bags to protect them! There was nothing wrong with them. They are pretty perfect as was the price!

I am having the hardest time finding heels for my wedding. These are the best I could find that were comfortable, and simple, however, the price is awful. The style is nice, its a classy heel, but the sizing is a MESS. I am a 7.5 M in every single shoe I own, I had to order 3 different pairs to find a size that would work and even after finding a size that was doable, I have to add inserts to it so it fits just right. The size I ended up keeping is 7W, with the gel inserts they fit more comfortably. So my only compliant is having to buy an additional product to an already expensive product.
