Make the hot flushes more manageable

I suffered for last few years with hot flushes, bought some sage tablets from holland & barrett on their recommendation, these are a lot cheaper & just as good, i take 1 in morning & 1 at night & my flushes have been reduced, still have a few flushes but greatly reduced. I will definitely buy again, felt a difference in about 2 weeks of taking them, a must for us poor ladies! !

OK...I'm on the edge with this flaming hot, soaking, dripping wet, flushes malarkey, so I'm going to give Sage Leaf and Black Cohosh a go. They say the menopause last anything from 6 months to 2 years, 10 years on and I'm still sweating buckets, this last 2 years have been even worse to a point when it looks as if I've just got out of the shower with hair dripping wet, the sweat runs down my navel and makes the underneath of my bust very soar, as of late I am also finding after the sweats I am very cold and feel totaly exhausted with an added headache and on occasions feel sick, it's extremely embarrassing. I am not happy to take HRT but I came to a point of asking my GPS for it just to give me a break, it didn't do anything for me only give me back my periods I have been advised to take both the sage and black cohosh together for at least 4 months as they need to build up in your system. I will update this review in 4 months with my honest result, please feel free to give me any feedback as I know I am not the only one who suffers and cannot see an end to it, I'm really at my wits end and extremely depressed that this thing is dragging me down. UPDATE For the first couple of months the sage and cohosh together were ok but then the sweating returned but I continue the tables, it started to get quite costly for very little release distribution Zi stopped them. Back to the doctors and spoke to one of the new ones, very young but knew exactly what I was going through, she also agreed this is more of hypothesis than the menapose so she gave me a roll on cream that is for excessive sweating for the hands, feet, groin and underarms, I was to roll it on my head at night and wash off in the morning, only four day later my head and face sweating just stopped, not a trickle, after two weeks use and three months on I need to use it for two night and again no sweating totally dry until now. If the safe and cohosh is not working for you maybe you should check out if it is a case of hypothesis, my life is back to normal I can even wear a neck scarf without even a flush and this I've not done in seven years.

Really good for helping with menopause symptoms no taste to them also good value for money hot flashes have improved since taking them.

Love this product, well worth the money, tiny taste thats easy to cope with, easy to swallow. Would recommend to any one going through the change as they have changed my symptoms.
