Yes they do as long as you are only hanging baby clothes on them there fine anything heavier and the whole wardrobe collapses i would recommend youbuy something else because if it brakes after 14 days they wont replace itor give you your money back and amazon would not do anything either.

can this hold more than 20kg????

20k is 20 bags of large sugar. I'd guess this can hold about 30+ of them without using the floor. It's a great item and very stable. Can't believe it for the price. Had it 3 months or so now at least and can't find fault with it. If you are heavy handed moving things it can move a little, but that's obvious. It's sturdy as hell. Best wardrobe I ever bought. Crazy price for what you get. It's got so much space too and can be zipped up to stay dust free but it still gets nicely aired. Love it myself.
