Max Factor Facefinity 3-in-1 All Day Flawless Liquid Foundation, SPF 20 - 40 Light Ivory, 30 ml

I have previously always used Dior, Givenchy, Lancaster etc. but I am not able to afford these makes now that I am retired, so gave up wearing foundation. Recently I have had spots to deal with and I am using witch hazel to help heal the spots and a Boots or Superdrug cover and heal product but needed some foundation too and at the price of this product decided to give it a try. I like it so much that I am wearing it all day now, just around the house and it lasts all day. Hardly any shine after 6 hours, the colour is perfect for me and it is so easy to apply from this type of container. There is no waste. So perfect coverage, no allergic reaction, economic and easy to remove. I shall definitely buy it again.

I was a bit unsure about this before I got it, as most powders are heavy, expensive and go cakey after a few hours of wear. I do not like the shiny look and rely on a good powder to set my foundation, however I've been using for about 3 months now and I love it! It's the best I've ever brought (and I've tried LOADS) it's light, feels smooth, and sets makeup to last all day. It gives a silk like look once makeup is completed and I love how it feels and looks on my face! The only thing is it's a bit messy going on (powder tends to go everywhere) and you can get through it quite quick if you tend to use it a lot, however it lasts me about a month for one pot. Best powder buy Ive brought in a long time!

This foundation is great, it really does last well and makes my skin looks nice and smooth. I find it is best applied with a make up sponge as I find that a brush makes this particular one a bit streaky. It gives medium to full coverage depending how much you use. I love that it has a pump on it because it makes it hygienic and easy to get out what you need without being wasteful-I find a couple of pumps is enough for the coverage I want. I have knocked off a star for the shade selection, which could be better. I have to mix the two lightest shades because light ivory is quite pink and the next shade, warm almond, is quite orange based. My skin is more neutral-somewhere in between the two shades-so I had to buy 2 to mix them, which isn't ideal.

This is a wonderful product. I guessed the colour (Light Ivory), which was a perfect match, lucky for me. I used a foam sponge applicator for the first time and found the foundation excellent to apply - and so quick - giving a flawless and long lasting finish. I shall certainly make this my permanent foundation - I was sceptical because I am 61 and thought I would need a more 'specialist' product but no, this is absolutely beautiful - and feels like I'm wearing nothing at all.

This is really disappointing.... I was looking for such a awesome coverage and I thought I found the best product. Unfortunately not... To my disappointment, this foundation doesn't give the coverage i would like, it doesn't hide the blemishes very good nore my scars on my eyes (my cheap foundation did) so I'm a bit gutted about that. But on the other hand... This can be used for a simple 'fresh' look. I've used it to go to the shops or if I'm not really wanting to put makeup on, for example: one of my jobs is to clean. Sometimes makeup can smudge down your fave whilst cleaning and normally i don't bother wearing any. But I have used this before for work as it helped fade some redness on my skin. Overall: Not my cup of tea when using makeup as I said previously I have scars on my eyes and face due to a incident happening when I was attacked by a dog. So coverage for a night out or a day out somewhere is a bit important for me as I won't feel self-conscious. But this product can be used for a fresher look as I said before I used it for work and it did well. I would recommend this product if you have very clear skin as it probably would look really nice, unfortunately due to my scars it didn't work for me.

Max Factor always produces a good quality product.. My problem with this and all make up bought on line, is deciding the shade I require. I see no answer to tis.

FAKE! Do not buy. Doesn’t have the seal on it and much thinner and lighter in colour. You’ve been warned.

UPDATE: Went from 5 stars down to 2 stars Sadly, Max Factor decided that this foundation needed to be a vegan formula which means a formula change. Unfortunately, this change was not for the better. This was my holy grail foundation, it literally lasted 12 hours + and still looked like it was freshly applied. The new formula change has ruined this foundation. Please do not buy based on my previous 5 star review. Original Review : I've been using this foundation for years. I would say it's medium coverage but can be built up to full. I'm fairly pale and I find this colour perfect for me. It doesn't oxidize on me and it's not orange like some foundations can be. I personally use it with a damp beauty blender, I find it blends better with a beauty blender then when using it with fingers or a brush. I would definitely give it a try if your looking for a new foundation. I have attached some photos of this foundation and some other fairer foundations so you can get some idea of color. I hope this helps when choosing your shade.

It's the best foundation for me, I've tried many and I ended up returning them because it doesn't look nice on my skin. This one blends better on my skin and I like that it's 3 in 1 with concealer and spf in a foundation.

Fond de teint parfait, ne coule pas et crémeux. Odeur agréable et sachant qu'il est assez compliqué de trouver des fond de teint très clairs là je suis très satisfaite il correspond parfaitement à ma carnation ! Très couvrant sans un effet masque !
