Buy the best and it will repay you over the years.
After using many cheapo wire nippers that all were pretty useless I decided to spend a bit more money and get the best.Its a great little tool and it has been used daily for many weeks twisting wire fencing clips and cutting off.Twists 2mm wire effortlessly and will snip up 2.5mm with ease too.Its as sharp now as when bought and fully free at the hinge.Oiled after every days use to keep in tiptop condition.The wide gape means you get a great twist every time without fumbling.Great tool!

Worth the money
Powerful, sharp, typical Knippex quality. If you're male, you need these in your life. Even just owning them provides satisfaction.

It's fine and does the job but the pivot could have been tighter. Just expected something better from Knipex.

These are very good nippers.I needed a pair of nippers to trim the ends of frets on a guitar. With a small amount of grinding of these on the top face, I have a perfect set of fret end nippers, at half the price of others.These are hard enough to cut nickel steel frets, and Jescar Gold Evo frets. Not sure whether they'd stand up to stainless steel though.

Knippex, cuts easy.
Long handle to fulcrum point makes cutting easy. Comfortable and well made. If only all tools were as well designed and manufactured, after all, in terms of resources, it takes as much to produce a poor quality item as a it does a good one.
