I see a lot of reviews about this referencing the taste. The taste is a bit different. For me, most coffee products with protein have an odd taste that I just can't drink. This will taste a bit odd at first, but its not the same type of taste as other protein coffees. It does not have that butter or coconut type taste the others do. If you like darker coffees, you'll like this. If you typically go for a light roast, this might not be for you.I have this as my first cup of coffee in the day. The bit of protein and calories is enough to get me another 3 hours into the day before I am hungry. If you are someone looking to really restrict your eating window, having two cups of this, 2 hours apart or so in the morning, would probably get you 5+ hours into your day before you get hungry, and if you mix in a couple of glasses of water, you'll likely have no issue getting 6 hours into your day.One thing I will caution is, if you're just using this as a replacement for black coffee, and not changing your eating habits, then you're just adding calories to your day, all be it not a lot of calories.

Coffee is good and a great alternative to regular coffee if you’re looking to make modifications in your health journey.

Pros: The taste is really good and it is an easy way to get some morning protein (if the protein content is true)Cons: The packaging makes a MESS. Every time I brew a cup either water sprays everywhere or dark tar-like material drips from the Keurig for hours after brewing.However, I have bought like 3 boxes because the taste and protein are worth the crappy KCup packaging.

I love how it tastes unlike the other reviews but it’s ruined my keurig with how thick and molasses like the coffee is. It’s impossible to clean the way it dries and hardens into a thick rubber and leaves spirals hanging off the dispenser, making me feel like maybe this is not a great substance to digest?
