Diatomaceous Earth (Food Grade) 1kg tub

I've been using this for about 15 years and it is the best quality brand I've tried. I discovered it through a nutritionist who said it was the best supplement ever. It has over 1500 known benefits to the human body. I use it both for myself and for the cats. As per veterinary secrets and other online holistic vets it is safe to use for flea and parasite treatment and prevention for our pets. As per instructions- it's like flour, don't use in gusts of wind as it would irritate your airways- don't get it around the eyes, nose of your pet either. I usually transfer mine into smaller containers and for de-flea treatments I put into a flour shaker. I put mine in my water and down no issues- it doesn't dissolve and it has a bit of an earthy taste but you can always mix it in something other than water if you prefer.

After a flea problem we had 2 years ago i tried allsorts and in the end paid £120 to be fumigated, Carnt enter house for 2 hours and dont hover for 28 days (got 2 kids i needed to hover!!), since then i have treated both cat and dog every 14th of the mounth and this year we had them againe i brought this procuct from amazon (be sure you only use FOOD GRADE) and it arrived before the money had gone out my bank right this is my review like or dont as i know im right on what im saying here I then brought a water spayer for £20 (5 ltr) in this spayer i placed 5 caps (from a deodrent can) of this powder (its only the dust you need to avoid you will see it when you pour)in to the spayer and then filled up to 5ltr with water, i then placed on the top and gave it a good shake gave it some presure and spayed a bit in plastic tub, i caught 2 flea's and placed them in the sealed tub i did the same in a second tub not spayed, 12 hours later both dead in spayed tub others still jumpin 3 days later but by then i had done the whole house with just the one 5 ltr mix! and after 7 days i belive we flea free, i hoverd and then did the whole place againe i even spayed the cat and dog! they fine and flea free and from now on this is all i will do on the 14th no more poisioning th pets, safer and cheaper, hope this helps all them lookin for this for the same thing.

Firstly, this company delivers super fast. I had run out of my first batch of D.E. and ordered my second one a bit late, expecting to be without it for some days but my order arrived 2 days later, just on time not to breakmy daily dose. And regarding the product, D.E. is not as widely known as it ought to be as it is truly a wonder product. I am using it as a health supplement and the beneficial effects are untold. I cannot list them here as this information can easily be found on the net. After doing some extensive research, this particular D.E. seems to be of the best kind. The powder is very fine and volatile. Its mixes very well with any cold liquid, is practically tasteless. Caution needs to be taken when handling this product as it is harmful to the lungs if inhaled. (a note of caution is attached to the product) And the best thing is that one cannot overdose on it! I was suffering very badly from hives (for over 5 months), which have nearly disappeared after one week of having 2 tablespoons of D.E. a day. The product needs to be taken for a longer period of time in order for the body to detox properly. And can be consumed continuously anyway for health maintenance, which I intend to do. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to detox. And I strongly encourage anyone to google the benefits of eating D.E., the list is amazingly long!

Good product. Good tub size. Delivered on time. If using for pest control, its a a vey good organic non toxic way to control pests. Note that it is very difficult to clean up from large areas and carpets as it is the consistency of talc. You will need a very good vacuum like a Henry as it will clog the minute filters of those such as a Dyson vacuums. As advised care must be taken to not breathe the powder so employ a face mask. If used on hard floors, mop rather than sweep up to avoid the fine particles getting into the air.

Use less than a teaspoon of the power. Best on a fur grooming glove away from pets face, around middle of the body and brush into the hair. Within 24hrs fleas will be gone. I had used Advocate monthly, bought from my vets practice, still my poor cat was invested with fleas. This is a new and alternative method (chemical free) that works. But use sparingly and away from pets lungs and face. You can sprinkle this in your garden to keep slugs fleas spiders etc away (dead) Still use Johnson’s flea bombs in each room. Of course follow instructions. Finally after using ED my cat is flea free. Also dampen a face cloth and wash out the dry powder 24hrs after applying the ED powder, as it would have worked and you wouldn’t want to dry out your cat or dogs skin. Fab product. Buy it.

Bought this to dust the inside of my chickens coop to prevent lice/mites etc. I dust the coop before adding wood shavings and I haven't seen any insects of any description thus far. The powder itself is extremely fine (I think that's the point as its supposed to get into the joints of insects? Thereby killing them?) Anyway, wear gloves when using and be prepared to be covered by the stuff lol otherwise, I think it works well and you get a good amount for your money. Bought this a few months ago and haven't even made a dent in it!

Never tried this before but reviews look promising received huge tub great value for money will last a long time hoping this will help rid dogs of fleas as hate using chemicals on them that are expensive and don’t work looking for a natural way hoping this will work.Already given my dogs a good dusting.

Ich habe schon verschiedene Hersteller durchprobiert. Dieses Produkt ist absolut ok (Körnung, Farbe, "verhalten" wenn es eingerührt wird - alles passt). Wir verwenden es zur oralen Einnahme. Ich merke deutlich, wenn ich es ein paar Tage nicht nehme. Werde müder und kurznerviger. Also für mich ein wichtiges Mittel zur Entgiftung.

Lo utilizo mezclado con el alimento seco en las colonias que gestiono sobre todo para prevenir. En uso externo también funciona, se puede espolvorear en las zonas de dormir y alrededor de los comederos para que se mantengan limpias así como en los lugares que usan para hacer sus necesidades y mantenerlo higienizado. Rinde bastante. A tener en cuenta que disminuye el efecto delos medicamentos, por lo tanto no utilizar durante esos periodos ni un tiempo antes.

Muy contenta con la compra, la compré para desparasitar a mis gatos de pulgas y que no fuese con productos tóxicos y cumple muy bien, hay que repetir el tratamiento varias veces pero muy contenta porque la salud de mis gatos está libre de tóxicos.
