I have been using Rescue Remedy for over 50 years it was under a different name something to with Dr. Bach.It is one of the best things I’ve ever purchased always make sure I’m not without it. It works it calms you down and it lasts. With regards to taste I’ve taken it for so long I would say it’s fine.

So after trying the pastilles for a little while, which I found to be moderately effective at best, I decided I'd invest in the spray formula to see if there was any difference. The spray, despite being a bit pricey does actually work in comparison to the pastilles. Thankfully, the spray is a fine mist so it'll last you quite some time before you consider repurchasing it. I will say that the spray does leave a weird taste in the mouth for a minute or two, but the effects of the medicine can last you hours. The effects do induce a sense of calmness without feeling "off" or dealing with some sort of unwanted side effect.

Really happy with this product. It helped me to relax and have a good nights sleep. Nice little travel size bottle which i could carry with me and not worry. Its effective and comes in a durable bottle.
