I love this eye mask, It has a multitude of uses from easing headaches to helping to sleep. Popping it into the freezer for a couple of hours helps with headaches, migraines which i suffer from all the time due to strong pain medications. I love that it also reduces puffy eyes while also soothing and easing eye strain. Perfect for those who suffer with allergies. You can also heat it up in the microwave which helps with sinus pain and also is relaxing and helps you sleep. The soft fabric doesn't irritate the eyes and the plastic which is on the front is really soft so doesn't make the eye mask stiff. The elastic is a nice width and is adjustable for comfort. The only thing i would change is the velcro, i would swap them around so the soft side faces the head. I use this everyday and feel alot more relaxed. Its not totally blacked out but i dont mind that. The little water beads feel really nice and i more them around and that relaxes me. Its great quality on par with a luxury brand and is definitely worth the price. Both my sisters have asked for one and my daughter too.Definitely reccomend this product

This is AMAZING !!! I don't know how about you guys, but by the end of the day my eyes get so tired.This mask was a life changer for me. Now, then I get a massive headache instead of taking a pill I would put my mask in the freezer for 10 minutes and relax on the sofa for half an hour. Not even the pain is gone, but my eyes look fresh and relaxed.The second thing that I like to do, just microwave it for 10 minutes, then put it on and go to sleep. Trust me, it makes you look so much better in the morning, and because it is so soft and warm it makes me fall asleep much easier.It is a high-quality item that you gonna enjoy everywhere you go. Definitely, recommend this product!!!!

I really love this mask, I have used it hot and cool and both ways are amazing for different reasons. I used it hot the evening just before bed and then actually wore it to go to sleep. it came off quite quickly after I fell asleep but I am a wiggly sleeper. I am a new glasses wearer and feel the heat from the mask helped ease my eyes after a long day, I'm still new to the glasses being on the bridge of my nose and this helped with any soreness.then the next morning I popped it in the fridge for half an hour and wore while I had a coffee on the sofa. I think it depuffed my eye area a little. and it feels lovely and soothing when it is cold.I think I prefer it cold and will try it like it for bed tonight. really recommend this mask.also it's freaking gorgeous wirh the pink and the little gel balls. I felt super glamorous.

This sleep mask is honestly the most wonderful thing. I have never ever even thought of buying myself a sleep mask until this one! It is comfortable on the eyes and extremely lovely to sleep in. When I first tried it, I did find it hard to sleep with it since I wasn't used to having a sleep mask on but I slept as I usually would once I got used to it. Being able to heat it up and freeze it is a genius idea, really helps if you have sore eyes or a headache after a long day. I even lent it to my mum when she got sick because she was getting really bad headaches, it really helped her. It's made of really good quality material making it soft all over, it isn't scratchy or irritating. The only thing I kind of dislike is that it's hand wash only! If I could throw this in the washing machine it would be perfect!Thank you for such a wonderful product! X

So I suffer from migraines and wanted to try this rather than a cold flannel over my eyes and forehead.First time, it applied so much pressure to my eyes it actually hurt. Second time I loosened the strap, but the same thing.The only way I can wear it on my eyes is if I lay flat and just gently lay it over my eyes without putting the strap behind my head.But now I use it on my forehead only, which works a treat. But I really wish it wouldn't press so hard on the eyes.It is good, but I wouldn't recommend it for an eye mask. But if you suffer from migraines, get this to lay on your head as it works so well and the coolness lasts ages. Or long enough to drift off to sleep easilyAlso, I've put it on many times (near daily) and woken up and it's somewhere in my bed, and it hasn't popped. So it's quality is great.Easy to clean as well and the fabric side is very soft.

I love the eye mask because it is so versatile. At this time of year I use an eye mask every morning because the sunlight streams through my window from really early. This mask is really soft and the strap is adjustable with velcro so I can have it as tight or loose as I want. The side which goes on your eyes is really soft and the other side is filled with squishy beads which look really pretty.The extra features of this eye mask mean you can heat it in the microwave or cool it in the freezer so that it can be used for pain relief. With my migraines I like something cool on my head so this works well, but you can use it other places too so I have used it warm to ease aching muscles.

I’m absolutely in love with this sleep mask from Grace and Stella co. (It’s also pink which is an added bonus!) I have used it both hot and cold and it works great both ways. The instructions for heating it up and cooling it down are easy to understand, although I heat the mask for a little longer than suggested for added warmth. The strap is easy to adjust so the mask stays on all night without falling off. The mask is also really comfy with the fluffy side touching your face. I’ve definitely seen an improvement with using this mask as my eyes are less puffy when I wake up and I feel so much more refreshed. I also suffer from really dry eyes and this mask has helped to get rid of that. Such a good bargain!

Lovely good quality product and arrived a day early, only downfall is after 6 hours in the fridge, the side you’re mean to put on your eyes is barely cold at all? The beaded plastic side is cool but not the lined side. I will try it in the freezer, and should be ok!

Lo compré para aplicar frío para ojeras y va genial. Después también lo he usado cuando me he resfriado para aliviar dolor de cabeza y cuando he tenido vista cansada también.Creo que la relación calidad precio es buena y la durabilidad por ahora también. Además es un puntazo que tenga la telita, ya que ayuda a aguantar el frio en la zona más tiempo y la sensación es mucho más agradable que con cualquier antifaz de este tipo.

Facile da usare, dà sollievo se usato freddo (20-30' in freezer prima dell'uso). Non è comunque da usare tutta la notte, finora l'ho provata solo per una 20' prima di andare a dormire. Non ancora messo nel microonde per usarlo caldo, non so se lo farò. Vedremo gli effetti nel medio-lungo periodo..
