This is exactly what I needed, put it on our gates which are about 20/30mtres from the house and it’s brilliant. I have it over a year now and so worth it. One very very small issue is it goes of sometimes when it rains or a bad storm. I would be lost without it now.

I got these as additional means of detecting nocturnal garden raids by the local deer population but also realised the added value of an early warning system of visitors. Being used to the pathetic range of Bluetooth devices I was pleasantly surprised by the connectivity between the PIR detectors and the base unit. The two detectors are on outside walls, either end of a long house but the signals carry right through to the base unit/receiver.Setting up takes seconds and the lower level setting of the detection warning sound does not make one jump out of one’s skin. The base unit takes three C batteries and each PIR a PP3. The battery covers of the PIRs have two screw holes but, seemingly, no screws; I just used some duct tape. Strangely, there’s a power receiver coaxial socket on the base unit, marked 6V DC. Three C batteries = 4.5 volts. If I do plug in, I’ll try 4.5V first.

This unit is placed on the floor by our back door. Every time the cat comes to the door the bell rings to let us know he wants to come in. Much safer than a catflap and easy to keep tabs on cats return.

It worked well initially but after only 2 months use receiver failed, even with new battery. No fuss refund given so excellent response

These work really well and the signal is picked up from 150 metres away and around a corner!The only drawback is the broken sleep when the alarm goes off because an animal or bird goes through the sensor and sets it off - which is most nights. I now need ear plugs and eye cream.....

Very good for alerting you to activity in a area around the home or garden however don't recommend to anyone near to you because they are all on the same signal. I recommend them to my neighbours then realised the issue

These little alarms are brilliant for the money there small with a ear piercing alarm I have 2 detectors but I have 2 key pads one for the bedroom and one for the other alarm when they sound believe me they will wake your naigbour,s up I suggest plug with reduced power saves buying batteries that's what powers mine it's also worth buy some spare batteries for keypad 12v 23a small batteries and keep them in the same room as keypad I've just ordered my spare one because I got cort out when I tried to turn on nothing but lucky I had another keypad you can turn the alarm down with switch on the side.

I bought this product with 2 PIRs for two reasons, first I put one in my garage to let me know if I had accidentally shut one of my cats in, which happens quite often, and second I thought I would put one in my shed incase it was broken into while I was in the house. They both work great, the range is adequate to pass through the garage walls, although the cat has to be moving around not sitting under the car ! I have set the volume to low and have put some tape over the speaker vents to reduce the sound even more. It works for me.

Den var väll lite mer plastig mot var jag hade tänkt mig. Annars helt okej, synd att man inte kunde stänga av ljudet så bara lampa som blinkar till när någon rör sig.

Der Alarm funktioniert mit die Bewegungsmelder ca 40 m entfernt. Sitzt da in einen Fenster und keine Wände dazwischen.

Articolo perfetto, istruzioni chiare, nessun problema, fa il suo lavoro senza macchia, ho messo i sensori sul balcone per avvisare di eventuali intrusi e funzionano bene, senza falsi allarmi.

Esta bien, pero sólo dos cosas, no tiene mucho alcance con el objeto a detectar y no tiene soporte con bola para poder girarlo.

utiliser a la pêche de nuit a la carpe comme anti intrusionces appareil ont bien fonctionner et remplie leur rôle même sous une pluie intense.peint couleur camouflage et monter sur piquet ,il sont rester innapercue même en plein jour.dommage que l'on ne puisse savoir lequel des deux est actif lors du déclenchement de l alarmesinon bon produitje recommande
