Fine consistency
This is amazing coconut sugar. We are Paleo and so cant eat white sugar. This is fine and not to thick or lumpy. Perfect for baking.

Good product but terrible packaging
Product packaging needs working on, delivered with the sugar escaping from an opening in the bag into the delivery package. Excellent quality of coconut sugar though. Great taste as always.
