Extremely prompt service - the SmartBand arrived within 24 hours and was exactly what I'd expected if not more.It was easy to set up and seems to be working fine. Very good value for money and excellent service.

My smartband is working well, but unfortunately it's impossible to read the details in daylight. I can only check my steps etc when I am indoors

I purchased this in July 2017 and mislaid it during house refurbishment, so only opened and started using three weeks ago at end of September 2019Worked when first set up , although battery life was poor, and needed frequentl charging. Sleep data was a bit hit and miss. However, after three weeks of use I have experienced disappointment similar to other reviewersAfter three weeks of use it stopped syncing sleep data and then stopped charging. If I had started using at time of purchase I would have returned this item.I would give this a zero rating

Choosing the right smart band for you will come down to features and price. But you should obviously consider size, battery size and of course how the smart band looks. If you're unsure of which smart watch you should buy, look no further.The fitness level features on this smart band are my favourite, it offers sleep timing, recorded steps, heart rate monitoring as well as distance walked. The size of the display is just right and the device sits better on the wrist than many others on the market. The overall build and design of the band is quite pleasing.Gym bunnies, cyclists and runners will approve of this band. A stylish tracker, keeping things simple. Battery life has held up, I generally have to charge the device every 3 days.As for the physical condition, 2-3 weeks on and not one scratch is visible, great build! App notification is also a big plus, for every phone call and text message I get a little notification on the device, a nice little feature.All in all, I am quite pleased withe the device, I have tried many on the market and this one does the job well whilst keeping things simple. Packed with everything you could want the smart band covers all the basics. Also, the guys at E Tronic Edge are always available for any help and assistance, replying to emails and queries almost straight away. Keep up the good work!

I bought these two Smartbands as a gift for my daughter who works with horses and so tends to go through watches and similar devices at a fast rate; therefore these are reported opinions. Her last such device was a Fitbit whose integrated strap disintegrated at her work.The Smartbands are excellent and the wrist straps (which are the weak point of a Fitbit) are interchangeable. The functions are comprehensive, easy to use and reliable and their accuracy does not seem to be an issue for the casual user. A minor comment is that the display is very hard to see in bright sunlight but there are obvious workarounds for that.The low point has been the third party Smartphone app advised for use that is supposed to synch the Smartband with a Smartphone. The app is frankly inadequate and my daughter has been totally unable to synch the band with her Samsung S6 Galaxy. Online reviews from other users of that app show the same poor user regard for it. It is a pity that the manufacturer of the bands cannot recommend a better app.

I am quite disappointed with this tracker. Although, when it is working, it seems to be fairly accurate ( monitors my sleep well and seems to count similar steps to machines in the gym) it constantly wont sync with my phone ( despite showing the Bluetooth sign) and then when it does eventually sync, the band suddenly crashes and loses all the data. This is very disappointing after a hard workout. The app is nice but you have to learn how to use it by trial and error and it doesn't respond very well with the touch screen.

I've only had this for a day but love it! Very easy to set up with the instructions given, easy and quick to charge, app easy to navigate and information clear to understand. It has some features that I haven't investigated yet - does more than I would require. The heart rate monitor is very good for me and again - EASY! Hope it keeps up it's performance - Fantastic for the price!

The smart band is just great. I'm not a gym person or at all sporty and really bought the product to monitor my sleep pattern having seen the sleep analysis from a friend's Fitbit. Amazon's price is £100 cheaper than the Fitbit and the product does everything I need and more besides. It has had the added advantage of waking me up to just how little exercise I have been getting. It's a conscience on my wrist, and I am now encouraged to be more active, and undoubtedly improve my fitness as a result. For the average person who wants to keep tabs on their activity levels and sleep patterns, this is all you will need. A terrific product and excellent value.

Super produit, fonctionne bien discret

The software the Smart Band uses is absolutely terrible. There was an update 16/6/2017 that caused the app to load as a black screen only. Over a week later, and three more updates, the situation is the same. Hundreds of one star reviews on the app store, no communication, absolutely rubbish.Without the software you can't track anything. Massive shame as the hardware is fine and the app was fine for the 4 or 5 days it worked.
