Can it be used to paint a plastic lego toy box? could i apply it directly, without a primer? does it spray well, or does it easily drip and splatter?

I would think that it would work on a plastic box but I would use a primer first as it's an object that is going to get knocked around a fair bit. It sprays well (I used it in a well ventilated garage) but spray lightly and build up a couple of of good coats.

Can it be used on light switches and sockets

I used it on wood but have used it before on plastic and worked ok

Does this work on kitchen cuboards?

Works on anything so kitchen cupboards shouldn't be a problem

Can I spray pvc windows in the inside

I cant say for sure but Plasti-Kote is a great around paint for use on plastic so I'd imagine it could be successfuly applied to uPVC window frames although you would need to spenbd considerable time masking off the windows to prevent over spray.......
