Hello, This is the best one to get. They don't have sounds of their own so have to be linked to a computer and run with the Ableton software. It comes complete with Ableton Live Lite, 1GB of royalty-free Loopmasters samples and the Novation Bass Station and V Station VST and AU plug-in synthesisers, Launchpad comes with everything you need to start making great music. The only other thing you need maybe are some headphones! I hope this helps James RTM sales

Q: Is this compatible with Windows 10?

It should work fine with any OS versionIt won't work with any version of Ableton before 9.2 I believe but it comes with a copy of Ableton Lite
