It is simple, it is heavy and it is reliable
Used and abused weekly for 3 years+. Still going strong, great quality.Compact enough to fit into standard UK ovens. Even heat distribution, using mine on gas hob and oven finished dishes.It is NOT non-stick gridlet. Good for steaks and other meats etcDishwasher clean and scrub off any minor remains works best.

Excellent product
This pan cooks perfect steaks. Great for cooking chat grilled vegetables too. The pan is rather heavy for hanging on a wall and perhaps too heavy for someone with arthritis. Perhaps a little pricey but good quality doesn't always come cheap.

Lives up to the Le Creuset hype and brand expectations - great grill pan!
Purchased as a Christmas gift for hubby - he was thrilled and is so happy with it - can't fault the quality of the brand. Arrived quickly and works brilliantly for cooking steak and other meats (thats all we've tried in it for now but hubby most pleased with how everything he cooks has come out!)

Long Term Review
I've owned this grill pan since 2018. I have no complaints about it's quality. The pan still looks like new and the cooking surface has only improved with time as the patina has formed. It can be awkward to clean due to it's size, it just about fits in my sink. I've found the best method for cleaning it is to use a soft brush and a very small amount of washing up liquid.

Love this pan!
Fantastic for grilling / frying all kinds of dishes especially if you don’t clean it too much.I’ve done chicken breasts with minimal seasoning and it’s come off with a crisp smoky skin yet tender moist interior.Steaks take on a flavour I’ve never experienced and even bacon done on this griddle tastes like I’ve never had before.Key is to get it really really hot before you cook with it - just watch the handle gets very hot if you are using it for a while plus it takes a long time to cool.The only downside is the amount of smoke which can be generated - sets my fire alarm off every time.Otherwise - it’s classic Le Creuset - heavy, sturdy, not cheap but fantastic build and should last years.

Terrible Product
Dreadful product. Had it less than 2 years and everything sticks to it like glue!! Stay away.

Use as instructed
Outstanding pan. On an induction hob, I heat pan on highest setting, add a drop of water when this evaporates rapidly, pan is read to use. Lower temp to mid way. Takes about 5 mins. Use a brush to add oil to pan, very light film. Then add food remembering to brush food with oil before and during cooking. To clean let cool soak in water. Job done. Cooked, peppers, fish, chorizo, cheese, steaks so far, a completely different taste to frying and normal grilling. If you don’t follow the instructions then food burns and gets stuck on the pan and tastes awful and pan is very difficult to clean. Well worth the money, there are cheaper versions of pan, but are lighter than this which may not give such a good outcome. My pan is now 3 yrs old, looks as good as new. Did invest in a le creuset brush made cleaning much easier. Use pan twice week, never use oven grill any more.
