Will these fit the Arteza colored pencils?

Yes, one is larger than the other, so between the two I've used from prisma size all the way to luminance :)

What is the thinnest pencil that it will hold? I would like to use it as an eraser holder, please advice!

It is a 1/4 " inch holder to wit most colored pencils will fit. I do not recommend using an eraser type of pencil, there are " Pacific ARC, INC eraser pencils of various different sizes i.e. RDP-609 0.9MM wit a refil. You can always get refils at Amazon or art stores of your choice. Experiment that is what I do

I think the back of the package said made in PRC which apparently means they are made in China for a company that exists elsewhere but I am not 100% certain.
