It was exactly what I needed and asked for

The item itself is really poor quality and feels cheap.The image itself is badly distorted and rather than informing me that the image wouldn’t print correctly (because it was apparently “very poor quality”) they just went ahead and sent it.Overall, aside from the speed of the postage I have nothing positive to say.

The photo arrived well presented/packaged and is an impressive representation of the image submitted - the colours are absolutely true to life. I will definitely be ordering again.Ordered a photo of a friend's cat after pet sitting for them - to show she'd had a great holiday too!The package arrived just 24hrs later than the usual scheduled date, in spite of Christmas post delays, but I was warned so it arrived in good time for their return.

gave picture which I expected to be stretched to the size of the frame but it wasn't and was just a wee pictire put in the middle of an A3 frame and was not cropped or anything total shambles awaiting seller getting back to me for a refund
