Easy to attach and great if you need to change bits frequently. Bit change speed at least 5 times faster. Feels very robust and expect to use it for many years. Value for money with an Intuitive design.

Been looking at this bit of kit for over a year. Wished I'd bought it straight away Works great, well made simple to install, saved me mountains of time swapping out heads and bits...

Our old mini-drill died so we purchased a Dremel replacement mainly because the collet could be replaced with this chuck. The chuck is very easy and quick to both attach and remove to the Dremel and it is easy to operate. Although the specification says it only goes down to 0.8mm I have used it with a 0.3mm drill bit however I would say that this is the lower absolute limit of its capacity and possibly won't drill this small when the chuck has worn a bit. Very pleased with purchase.

Dremel Chuck Arrives in a tiny bubble pack and just screws on to the drill. The chuck does not work the same as a large drill chuck, in that as you screw it on to the drill the jaws close at the same time. So don't overtighten it or you will jam the jaws shut. Place the chuck on the drill then pop an accessory in the jaw then continue to tighten the chuck and everything will be secured in one go. Just undo the entire chuck to remove it from the drill or to remove the accessory from the chuck ~ it's all done in one go. It effectively works exactly the same as the standard Dremel chucks except that it has a larger opening jaws. Very useful of you are using non-standard accessories, but avoid using at higher speeds because it vibrates. Mine was perfectly fine at low speeds but I suspect the amount of vibration is "luck of the draw" so just be aware that it's not the perfect answer for everything. Dremel normal good quilty and well made very easy to change between heads

I bought this to replace a "knock off" {Dremel not available at the time} and what a difference . This little chuck is very accurate and centers the accessory every time which is a dream compared to my old one. Some negative viewers have complained that the chuck is seized solid and won't move but I have a feeling they have been trying it out of the box rather than on the Dremel Straight out of the box it is solid and won't open but it is designed so that as soon as you put it onto the Dremel it releases the jaws and it works perfect. TIP Take it from the packaging, screw it straight onto the Dremel and it will not be seized solid but work a treat. HIGHLY RECOMENDED

This is another accessory I found I needed for my Dremel. It allows you to attach several sizes of bits to the main Dremel tool without changing the collets. Just keep in mind that this is only for miniature bits and will not allow the tool to drill bigger holes than what Dremel recommends even with a change of collet. This came in original Dremel packing and is not a cheap substitute or locally produced chuck. The three prongs align perfectly and the tightening and removing of bits is smooth and comfortable. There is a notch on the base which allows tightening using the standard Dremel wrench included with the original tool. I would recommend this to all serious enthusiasts. Its cheap and easily worth the investment.
