As for gameplay performance, the KontrolFreeks lend themselves well to First Person Shooters (Call of Duty, Battlefield). I wouldn't say they've turned me into an overnight pro but I get a lot less of the 'how-on-earth-did-I-miss-that' moments. This is because the right stick is slightly taller and allows for more movement and control. Durability is definitely not an issue here as I have spent hours using them and there is not even a hint of wear.Compared to cheaper alternatives such as the KELUX thumb grips, these are far superior as the KELUX drag against the controller when turning the stick which hinders movement and is very uncomfortable.
