Zero customer service - I'm so tired of being told an item is non-refundable even if the quality in unacceptable. This was not cheap and I'm not happy at all because they were practically unusable. The ones that I managed to save didn't taste of corn at all. Not the greatest product either. I wouldn't bother.. **Q: What is shelf life?** A: There's at least year of shelflife ususally on them. **Q: can they be frozen? only 1 gluten intolerant in family so need to store them** A: Yes, i buy, and also make tortillas, and I have bought these. I always store them in the freezer, and fry them in hot oil frozen. Works out fine.
