For a while now I've wanted to play audio from phone in my 2015 Audi Q5- Specifically audio books which can not be downloaded or transferred as MP3s. The audio setup in Audi's seems to be rather unusual. Despite having a pretty advanced high end sound system which allows wireless streaming and playback from memory cards, it doesn't stream via Bluetooth nor have an AUX input. I really didn't want a cable but after wasting money on one AMI Bluetooth connector already, I opted for this and I'm very happy I did. Yes, Its annoying relying on a cable, but the cable is long, thick and well made. The AMI connecter is also good quality and is a snug fit. The sound quality is excellent. There are cheaper ones out there but will they be as good quality as this? I would rather not take the chance. Very happy overall.

Worked perfectly in a 2011 Audi S5 with MMI 3G High system enabling me to connect seamlessly to an Amazon Alexa auto giving me the ability to stream music and take calls too.

This lead does as I wanted it to do. Only issue is the jack isn't very long so have to remove my phone from the case before using it, so dropped one star due to the inconvenience

Easy to use. Just plug in mmi unit and your away. I was worried the sound wouldnt have the same quality as the radio but the sound quality is just as good. Bargain!

Having a few problems with my A5's Bluetooth so I got this for music and I've yet to have any problems. The quality is rather good for the price so if it were to break I wouldn't be too bothered about getting another.

Good quality cable

I've bought two of these now and both lasted less than a year before breaking. This isn't great given that the cable is hardly being moved around (as you would if it was a cable for headphones) as it just stays in the car.
