5-star customer service
I'm not the sort of person to leave a bad review because of a mistake that was out of the company's hands. What I will rate on was how that company fixes the issue. I originally ordered this back in December, well before christmas. Unfortunately, Royal Mail basically lost it. It's something that's out of the seller's hands, and something they had no control over, but their customer service was brilliant. Obviously, first they asked me to wait a little while to make sure it was definitely lost, but when there was still no sing of it having been delivered a month later, they immediately sent out a replacement order, which arrived very quickly. The actual product itself is brilliant, as to be expected from Faber-castell, and will be brilliant for my watercolours.

Wouldn’t be without this
Omg, this product is amazing, I don’t know how I’ve managed without it. It easily lifts a lot of your pencil lines so the lines left are just a pale and won’t spoil your paintings. It also doesn’t cause any damage to your watercolour paper, as you can roll it or dab it on the paper rather than rubbing

Great putty eraser
My second order. Great putty rubber. Plastic case helpful when it can close properly to keep dirt away from the kneadable eraser.

Good and versatile eraser
I've tried many erasers over the year and this, though with it's limitations, is probably the one I go to most. The eraser is very pliable and can be torn easily and shaped for relatively controlled erasing. It also comes in a neat plastic case, which keeps it all in one place and free of fluff and dust. For me, the real positives is that it copes with a multitude of mediums really well - coloured pencil, graphite, charcoal, pastel can all be erased (depending, of course on the paper and quality of the medium being erased). It is also very good for removing excess graphite without removing the whole line - e.g if you're sketching and creating multiple contour lines, simply dabbing the lines will remove excess graphite, while leaving enough outline for you to apply colour without leaving garish graphite outlines. It also works very well with pastels, not just to erase lines, but also to perform subtractive techniques. If I was to pick a negative, it would be that it's not really firm enough to offer precise erasing. And, to be honest, I am still struggling to find a good solution to that. Still, as mentioned earlier, this is my go-to, and is always on my desk.

Good as an eraser and a fidget
This is a brilliant little self clearing eraser. It’s easily kneaded clean and be used for years depending on how much you rub out. No messy bits come off on your drawings. It can be kneaded into fine points for small spaces. It’s small enough to hold as well as your pencil. I also use it as a bit of a fidget. It has a lovely texture and doesn’t stick to your hands like other tacky fidgets can. It can leave a slight residue on your hands but that’s really slight. All told well worth the price.

It works
It works but I found found kneadable erasers a bit difficult to work with

Love it.
Use as much or as little as you need. Does small areas or roll it over your work to erase lines to make them lighter ready for painting. I would definitely recommend this.
