So convenient and works so well, can’t say enough nice things about them got a set for my brother too.

I order these straps and unfortunately one of them came and was not properly working it would not reel back in like advertised. I had contacted strappinno and they where able to come with solution.

They work wonderfully

Great idea, poor execution. After a few uses the plastic drum fixing end of the strap broke (it should be in the place marked in yellow), making it completely useless. It should be made from metal like the pin over which the strap slides.There's no way to repair it because even if I put something else fixing the end of the strap in place, the spring has to be tensioned before the strap is run through it.It's easy to use when it works, but simple design flaw makes it expensive and unreliable.

They’re decent for lights to medium loads. However, they’ll seize up instantly once they get decently wet. They’d probably work better if they were sealed with a gasket and filled with grease.

So far they have been reliable, convenient and mess free.Note, they do not fit U-Haul mounts due to the width of the hooks. I'd recommend getting some soft loop tie downs to hook up to these ratchets.
