Universal Alcotip Pre-Injection Swab, 3cm x 3cm, Pack of 100

Well going through IVF and having to inject yourself numerous times a day is painful and very expensive. I like to make savings where ever I can and this product saved me a lot of money. In well known retailers, this product cost a fortune so a great little saving tip is to buy them in bulk on here. The swabs are a good size to sanitize an area of skin before injecting and also sometimes to mop up a little blood. Really useful I think also for cuts and grazes. Thank you for this effective and low cost product.

Every home should have these! I know that they say the word injection so it makes people believe all sorts of nefarious things but seriously they are so useful.I've noticed that some people are stating that these are small - well they are injection swabs, you really don't need them any bigger for the purpose they are intended for. So be prepared to use more than one for another purpose or a larger area.I use these for all sorts of things:1. I have to inject once every 2 weeks and so I clean up the injection site - yes it's legitimate.2. I do self acupuncture so I keep everything clean, last thing I want are infections so I can't do point number 1 on time.3. Get a spot and you just can't stop yourself? At least clean up everything with a wipe before excavating - if you must!4. Not recommended for everyone - skin break out, cleanse with this then use a salicylic acid wipe (beta hydroxy-acid - it penetrates the pores) then hyaluronic acid to moisturise - that works for me BUT BUT BUT I'm on high powered medications so my skin goes seriously weird and this is last ditch.5. Remove nail polish - yes, it's strong but it seems to be gentler than acetone6. Use gel polish? Remove the sticky residue - it's the same stuff.7. Spot cleaning clothing, check colour fastness first - works with leathers as well BUT again use with caution.8. Clean your tablet or phone! Yes, it needs a good once over from time to time.9. The little wipes are great for getting into keyboards and cleaning up messy and sticky keys.10. Been painting, gone over onto glass or another surface - they will clean it up11. Clean up your make up case or brushes!12. Your lipstick looks a bit grotty - give it a wipe over.13. Clean up pierced earrings before selling or include wipes with sale.14. Uncoated glasses as I'm not sure if it would take off UV coating etc - mine aren't coated so they're OK.15. Carry them with you on trips - you'll need more than one! Are you ready for my most extreme one? Ready??? Clean loo seat before ascending throne as some operations can not be completed through hovering...I'm sure you can figure out more uses - but you can probably tell I really really love these. Anything I've suggested I have done myself at my own risk, if you choose to follow it's at your own risk.

Used almost the entire box now and not had any issues. Works great for insulin injections for me. But would work for any injections.Would recommend

This is a product which doe what it says on the tin, which is to say they are pre-injection swabs containing 70% Isopropyl alcohol which come in a box of 100. The box itself is a little flimsy but is more than sufficient for its contents. Within the box are the packets containing the swabs, 50 deep and two wide. Each bank of two needs to be separated by tearing along the perforated strip between the two packets. The packets themselves have no guide marks for opening so just rip them open. From experience they are the 3cm x 3cm size specified - which is smaller than you might expect but fit for purpose and matches it up with the rest of its class.Overall this item is exactly what you would expect and at a good price. If you need pre-injection swaps or Isopropyl wipes then you wont go wrong with these.

Good product but thought was 200 wipes not. 100 wipes bit deliver arrived at estimated time as said so happy , but again in more bulk thank you
