These give me a much needed energy boost. I was initially taking them after being recommended them by a healthcare professional after I was suffering from palpitations and a blood test determined I was low in iron and B12. A few weeks of these and a repeat blood test showed I was back at normal levels, and my energy levels are much better (tbh I have felt so groggy for so long that I didn't even realise that there could be an underlying cause)! They are easy to swallow and are slightly bigger than your average prescription tablet, but not too big to swallow.
