I love these little jars for keeping my assortment of fresh green herbs stored safely. Not only do they provide a nice tight seal for keeping any flavoursome aromas from spilling out, but the beautiful clear design allows you to admire the beautiful green hues of the botanical beauty contained within.Now of course these jars are good for a variety of uses, but for my particular herbal delight it will comfortably fit about a half-ounce (14g) with enough room that they're not cramped in there.I even attach a little print-out with a piece of string around the metal clip with info of the particular variety of herb within. Perfect jar for my needs!

The quality is exactly what I expect from Leifheit.I was looking for a jar slightly over 1 litre in capacity to make kefir, in 1 litre batches. With the fermentation etc the jar needs to be slightly over 1 litre. Some 1-litre jars will only take 1 litre right up to the top of the neck and not allow you to put on the lid.This one is perfect. During the fermentation I remove the rubber seal - the jar does not need to be airtight at this stage, in fact I do not want it to be.Works perfectly, and for an excellent price.

Great jars, sturdy, air tight seal. Keeps your stuff fresh!if I had to pick my biggest problem, it is that the lid is heavy and you can’t stand the jar up empty with the lid open as it tips over... but who buys a jar to have it empty with the lid open standing up? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Nobody! So the jar is excellent!

Pretty. Air tight and sit perfectly on my little shelf. Holds enough sugar/tea/coffee and I hope to get more for my loose teas.Thinking this would also be good for a yeast starter!

I bought two of these jars to pickle cabbage over summer, and I am very happy with both of them. The jars itself are of great build and come with a pretty robust locking system. They also come with a rubber ring around the lid which forms a tight seal. They are very suitable for simple pickling, but I do not know if they would withstand things that produce a lot of gas (CO2). You might want to find out whether these are suitable from the manufacturer. The jars hold a large volume and are very resistant to stains and scratches. I would happily recommend these, they are worth their price. The only downside though minor, is that they can sometimes drip when the cover is removed and the rubber seal may track some fluid, but this is easily avoided by not overfilling them. Additionally, pretty easy to clean and durable to bumps.

Jars are perfect for my pickled shallots. Unfortunately one arrived without its rubber seal so can’t use, also cannot get an answer to how I get a replacement, also cannot find contact details to speak to someone directly. So a real 50/50 experience.. a bit disappointed.

Great jars, sturdy and carefully made. They are a little more delicate then a classic jar with a lid and you have to be more careful not to bend the metal of the clips and things like that (Read some bad reviews about that).

Brought this to have overnight oats, but definitely brought the wrong size as it is way too big to carry around! (I brought 1140ml) However, I am now using this jar to store my rolled oats and it's doing the trick. Very good quality.

Dickwandig, starker, dicker Gummi zum luftdichten verschließen.Der Hersteller macht folgende Angaben zum Produkt:- Langlebig und spülmaschinengeeignet dank rostfreiem Edelstahl-Verschluss- Inklusive Gummidichtung- Zum Backen geeignet (ohne Gummidichtung)- Glasvolumen 370 ml- Maximale Füllmenge ca. 320 mlBei allen Leifheit Bügelgläsern muss man leider die wirklicher Füllmenge beachten! Wir nutzen die Gläser bis zum Oberrand des Glases , dort wo dann der Gummiring ansetzt. Bis dahin sind es bei dem 370ml Glas jedoch nur 320ml für Flüssigkeiten. Bei Gewürzen oder anderen pulverartigen Lebensmitteln (Zucker, Zimt etc.) sind es jedoch gerade einmal 200ml!! Das sollte beachtet werden.Also Augen auf und ggf. ausprobieren ob es reicht. Die beworbenen 370ml sind eigentlich unnütz zu erwähnen, da man das ja nie bis unter den Deckel schaffen würde!

Son de muy buena calidad, las gomas son gruesas y la parte metálica está muy bien acabada y es suave al tacto. Son fáciles de abrir aún así cierran herméticamente. Además, para mi gusto, son muy estéticos en una despensa hacen "hogar", aunque esta es ya una apreciación completamente subjetiva. Si se le adhieren etiquetas del tipo pizarra les das un toque de lo más chic. Moderneces a parte, los recomiendo por su calidad y porque son muy prácticos.
