Aurora Glow in the Dark Paint (20ml) Bright Green Glow, Non-Toxic, Water Based

This glow in the dark paint works really well; and glows a noticeable green/yellow colour in darkness. It is however important to note that the paint is still visible in normal light, it isn't transparent in light. The paint itself it a creamy/light green colour, and relatively thick in consistency. This means that although it doesn't flow particularly well, it also doesn't spread unintentionally or run off anything you are trying to paint on. Aside from its novelty value, I think that this product has a number of great uses. For example, I have painted a strip of the paint on my phone case and my TV remote control, to make it easier to find these things when in a dark room I'm thinking of devising some shape based system so that I can use it to match my phone with charging pad or dock depending on the shape... The uses are what you make them really... They could be used for arts It would be great for a kids room who likes space and stars or something like that...I used to have something similar in my bedroom when I was little and I think this would be perfect for anyone who has kids... It glows relatively green which is good but it needs to be in reasonable daylight to charge up as such...I found my tv remote maybe isn't as bright as I would have initially liked because I store it in a black wooden unit when not in use where it doesn't get much daylight... But the strip I painted on the underside of the door handle glow a green so that you can see the glow without it damaging the handle... It makes it easy to spot if you need something in then night! For the price, I think the product is great. I certainly would recommend.

Nice paint, works well, brightness fades quick enough but that could be due to me not applying thick layer. However the light is still visible for good few hours after charged. Tried little project on a case, I ordered from amazon. Looks pretty cool:)

So far I have the bottle and a little UV torch to charge (UK + sun = pahahaha'). It’s glowing great in the bottle but I want to get the white primer/background & top coat clear varnish first so I’m ready to go. It doesn’t help that I’m an over-planner! Takes me longer to plan/research and read reviews than complete a job! I’ve got my stencils printed and getting set to cut them out. I live in the dark inside and it’s pitch black at night outside. This paint looks perfect to show my flat number from the street because to anyone coming at night you can’t see it! It’s one one those that has an up and down flat but looks like a house, people often assume it’s a back door (so much so that once a visitor upstairs parked his motorbike outside my front door!). That and also, a) wheelie bin storage is outside mine (5!} and b) there’s no number 13 where I live!) waffle but looking forward to using this amazing looking paint! I’ll update with photos (no waffle) as I go.

I have tried several glow in the dark paints and they are all the same . The makers claims dont match up to our expectations. Yes, technically it glows for an hour or two, at a very VERY low level ! To us customers however, nowhere near an acceptable level of intensity. This paint, and the others Ive tried glow at what I describe as a “ good “ level after a long 8 hr UV lamp charge, for maybe 10 minutes then quickly drops off. Im not trying any more, they must all be poor in my view.

I needed some glow in the dark paint for a Heart of TeFiti stone I was making for my nieces. First impression was that the "paint" was more of a paste or a cream-like consistency. It was difficult to apply it smoothly, particularly as I was trying to apply a thick coat. I ended up blobbing the paint into the recessed pattern and wiping away any overspill with my finger tips. When it dries back it has a crusted, granular, appearance, like sand. Not the ideal finish but not the end of the world. Any reservations I had were blown away by the paint's incredible luminescence. My first test revealed the stones glowed at a brightness similar to the bottle in the example pic, as did my fingers, the bottle of paint, the handles of my brushes... anything this stuff had touched. I sealed the stones with a coat of gloss varnish which did not affect the glow negatively in any way. Not sure how well this paint could be applied to fine detail and obviously the appearance in daylight is a little disappointing but I've not tested the paint beyond this first project yet.

It’s ok. There are likely better alternatives. Glows reasonably well, BUT it dries with a very gritty texture and can be rubbed off. You will need to paint in thin layers and you will need to seal whatever you paint. IMPORTANT TIP: Wear gloves and use very carefully. This stuff is difficult to remove from skin and clothing. Pot size is as expected - small, it’s 20ml after all.

I tried some of this elsewhere, as my original order was missing and I was refunded. It does work well, good quality but like other brands during the day looks like dried glue. Easy to apply, texture and thickness of paint, small pot so not large coverage, but it works. Can charge it under black light or LED tourch.

This is good paint with a very good glow. The texture of the paint is weird, it is hard to cover every spot, which leaves some darker spots (definitely do not use for fine lines), it is a good paint if you use enough to cover the area. It glows for a decent amount of time and I recommend getting a UV to intesify the glow. It even glows a bit from under dark paint (yeah I tried fixing my lines by using dark paint and this paint glowed a bit from under the black paint xD so defo it has amazing glow properties). the paint after drying has a texture similar to dried spirit gum. It can peel off if you're not careful after it dries. If used to cover items or maybe for drawing shapes on the wall it can be really amazing, but I don't recommend using it for canvas painting.

Ilumina bien una vez se expone al sol, lo único que el bote es MUY pequeño, a mi me sobra para lo que lo usé, pero el bote engaña bastante en cuanto a tamaño.

Fungerar perfekt; har färgen på ett par plastknoppar under strömbrytaren. Lätt att hitta strömbrytare även när det är helt svart...

EDITED for clarity and spelling: This is a repeat order, Last time was in 2020. The glow is fantastic! Depending on how much you've used on a project and how thick the layer is, you can actually see a shadow of what ever's beside the glow! The glow is phenomenal - I shone my UV flashlight on it for 30 seconds, turned out the lights and it's truly impressive. I then put the jar under a box away from the light for 2 days, uncovered the jar (in the dark) and it was still glowing! Impressive!
