This is a nice, modern looking firepit bowl. I have never owned one before and was not sure what to expect. It has an extinguishing lid and a fuel container with ceramic wool. I filled it with alcohol and the flame was beautiful. It reached a height of about 8 inches above the bowl. The heat is not too intense - I was a little scared of having a fire indoors on my countertop. I was disappointed that the flame went out after only 40 minutes. I guess it is due to the small size of the fuel container. I suppose you don't need it to last any longer if you are only roasting marshmallows. I was afraid to add more fuel when it was hot for fear that it would light the fuel stream while I was pouring it. This bowl is very heavy, so I was not worried about it getting bumped or knocked over. I would definitely keep it away from anything hanging or flammable. Nice little unit - I recommend it as a fun feature for winter parties (indoor s'mores!).

This is perfect for making s’mores without having to wait till we’re using our grill.The reason for the four stars is because there’s no instructions. Sure the description states just pour in alcohol and light. What type of alcohol? Rubbing alcohol or is there a special type of alcohol you need to buy for fire pit bowls? Also how much alcohol do you put in? I had to do a little research on my own before testing this out and for the price I would’ve hoped it would come with some basic instructions.There’s really nothing to set up. It does come with some cotton which I’m assuming helps the fire light. It’s really cute and I like the color so much. It stated it was yellow but when it came it’s more of a wood look. Once we figured out how to use this (come to find out you just use regular rubbing alcohol) it was easy to use and lit right up the first time we tried. I like that it came with a lid to help put out the fire when you’re done.This would be a really unique gift idea; in fact I plan to buy my sister one as a Christmas gift.

The packaging was solid, and everything was included—except for instructions. Nothing in the description talks about the cotton strip, but it's flame-retardant cotton to help for a slower, more controlled burn with a smaller flame.The "yellow" option is more of a natural brown. It goes with a lot in our home.For the price, this is an excellent addition to your home as it provides a relatively safe open flame for heat, ambiance, and even a quick s'more.

My husband and I wanted an easy way to make smores indoors when we get cravings in the winter or during high-wind days when we can't use our firepit outside. This works perfectly but definitely feels like it should be outside on a patio table with how heavy it is. It works well inside, it just gives an outside feeling with how hardy and rock-like it feels. So if you want to use it outdoors it will work there as well!We used it inside for date night as dessert. It was easy to use - just pour rubbing alcohol you have already in the house into the center canister, put a little square of cotton batting they provide, and light it! It immediately caught fire - I would definitely use a long lighter to be safe! We had a few smores and when we were done, we put the top on and it went immediately out (so it has a good seal to get rid of the oxygen). There are no directions that come with it, so while we had an easy time using it, we are used to starting fires camping, etc. so if you are unfamiliar you will want to be aware of that or look up how to start the fire with rubbing alcohol online and watch a video to feel more comfortable!We chose the 'yellow' option, but I am not sure why it is called that since there is no yellow and we were worried it wouldn't match the color shown on the listing but it did! We like how the aesthetic of it looks, so when we are in the mood for smores we will probably keep it out as the centerpiece of the table until we get tired of it. It appears easy to store since it's just a cube shape!

This is so much fun. I love that I can have a mini campfire even when it’s super cold outside. It gives me my summer camping sex to help me make it through the winter. Very easy to use!

This little fire pit was ready to use from the box. Poured rubbing alcohol into the cotton until saturated and then some, lit with a grip lighter and sat back to enjoy on the back porch for a while. Itade nice little crackling noises but now smell or smoke! Very nice and ambient. Hubby even said it made drinks on the porch a little romantic! When we were ready to go inside,.we simply put the lid on the flame and it went out on it's own. Very nice, sturdy and elegant! What a deal for the price!

This thing is awesome! Super heavy duty perfect amount of heat for chilly days or nights. Easy to fill and use as soon as you receive product. Stone work is gorgeous. Lid to help easily put it out when finished. Great product and must buy

We love S'mores. This little pit is perfect! The flame is larger than I expected and makes our s'mores well. Snuff was easy to use to extinguish the flame. Durable. Recommend
