Has to be transported horizontally.
I got this for my child’s school lunch. I cannot use it as the lid does not sit flush against the stainless steel tray! So if you don’t want all the trays contents to mix and move everywhere you must transport it like a tray and keep it horizontal at all times! My child has a back pack so this will not work at all. Plus the soup container IS NOT leak proof.
