Single Din Car Stereo with CD DVD Player Bluetooth USB RDS/FM/AM Radio MP3 SD AUX Audio Receiver

I don't usually write reviews as when you buy something, it should do what it advertises to do but this was something I actually wanted to shout about.I've got a 2000 Jeep Cherokee and I had been using a tablet connected to my phone for maps, the Jeep was for fun whilst I drive a brand new Audi Q4 as a daily and it was always a massive difference from using my Apple Carplay in the Q4 and just a tablet with Google maps in the Jeep and stream Spotify from my phone to a wireless speaker.I decided to get a new head unit from an audio shop and get it installed but would have costed around £600 so I looked at Amazon to see what was available and came across this 10.1" head unit option with wireless Carplay & Android Auto for only £109 and decided to take a gamble, what a win.Its amazing, great screen, full Carplay apps and connected to the Jeeps speakers, sound amazing.easily connects using bluetooth and its just the same experience in the Jeep than in my Q4.Fitting was easy but please understand that with all these things, you have to play a little for fitting and wiring the harness, you cant expect the unit to come with every type of wiring harness included, please judge the unit once you get it working, its 100% worth you doing a bit of wire figuring out, the instructions for the supplied wiring harness is perfect, all I had to do was pair the wires to the colours of my original head unit which I found on a sticker on the back of the original head unit so no big deal.Don't panic, take your time installing it and you wont be disappointed, this unit is amazing, looks great, easy to use, well responsive touch screen, great features and its a full wireless, full featured 10.1" Carplay/Android Auto unit for just over £100, perfect.

I bought this system for my 2002 Suzuki Grand Vitara. After unscrewing and removing the existing non functioning radio, the input harness holding the wiring did not fit. I realised the previous owner had an adapter harness fitted to plug into the old Sony CD player. Once I’d removed that adapter harness, the car’s standard two main inputs and aerial fitted directly into the back of the new device with no issues.Initially it didn’t work which turned out to be because the car’s black radio power wire had been disconnected by someone. Using the diagram in the instructions I fed the wire back into the harness…managed to trip the interior radio/light fuse in the process but worked out how to replace it after finding an old manual for my vehicle.With the new fuse in it turned straight on. Very quick to set up Bluetooth connectivity. Spotify audio came through all speakers and the radio worked well.If your vehicle’s radio wiring hasn’t been tampered with, it’s an easy plug and play installation without the need to use/solder the wiring provided with the set.I haven’t yet installed the remote control for the steering wheel or the reversing camera, as that will require some connectors, soldering and/or wire routing, but after watching some YouTube videos it’s not a difficult thing to do.The instruction manual is limited, but gives enough info and diagrams.The system itself doesn’t fit completely flush with my fascia/dash due to the design of my car, but it’s not noticeable and looks great.Overall very impressed with the quality. The screen/display is crisp and responsive. And it’s far cheaper than the £300+ systems that Halford’s et al sell. It links to my phone as soon as the ignition is turned on.Great to have wireless CarPlay in a car that’s over 20 years old!

Absolutely rubbish constant freezing can’t unlink BT player. No contact numbers for support.Being removed boxed up and sent back as not fit for purpose.

Amazing value stereo, great upgrade for our 2005 Landrover Defender. I replaced the Landrover factory fit stereo with this very easily, no additional wiring required, pretty much plug and play. Nice to have the additional features now - aux, bluetooth, usb, SD and it sounds great!

Having eventually fitted it, it works well, however there is an issue that each time I start the engine it loses the channel memory. I have rewired to a dedicated supply and still the same. The battery has been load tested and is good., so I can only assume that it is an issue with the quality of the unit. I have a work around and can use BT from my phone, which is good. CD is OK, I have yet to try to the SD card or USB. Overall you generally get what you pay for, but in this case I believe there are better value for money items out there from more reputable manufacturers.

Update: The supplier reached out to me and sent a link to a software update for the unit. I had to download the file to a USB stick, insert into the unit and it then updated. Result looking good so far but will be doing an extended test today. Have upgraded my rating to 4 ⭐️.Avoid. Looks quite smart but it doesn’t work. The unit freezes every few minutes, resets itself and then plays for a few seconds before freezing again. This cycle repeats itself the whole time it’s switched on. And when switched off it turns itself on and the cycle begins again. Sending it back.

I have fitted and tested this item and it is easy to use and sounds great.

Not the most expensive unit but has car play. Went straight into my Jeep no problem and works well, Bluetooth's to the phone without an issue. Sat nav uses google maps so that's great. Screen size is not an issue and clarity is excellent. Overall really impressed for this price.
