Is it with mother??? I just brought 5 L and have a suspicion it hasn't got any mother in it.

I add this to smaller bottles of c v with the mother, and keep them somewhere warm, so that they grow more 'mother'. I'm happy with it and use it all of the time . I should phone them and talk to someone real if you aren't happy with it !

Is this ACV filtered or unfiltered?

having zoomed up to the real label in image says unfiltered unpasteurized..tip is to place the vinegar in smaller glass jars as it is acidic not sure if its good to keep it with contact with plastic for long period, an place glass jars or bottles out of direct sunlight but not in dark an allow the mother to grow over time.

I read that this is made from apple JUICE not apples themselves, could this be the reason it is more acidic, and less like more expensive ACV's?

Hi, I wonder if you are thinking about pasturised apple juice? it would not contain the 'mother' if they used that. I personally dont find it acidic,and like the affordable price, for the amount I use. hope this helps.
