Review: Pen oiler - I purchased two of these oil pens, one short one long so to reach into a turret clock mechanism. They came in good condition filled with clock oil. The short one has a slight leak from the blue top that holds the needle oiler but hasn't caused any great problem. The other one works perfect on every way The pen oiler is excellent for the job it delivers a very controllable amount of oil, and is refillable by unscrewing the needle part. The blue part seems to be permanently attached which may account for my leak as I tried to unscrew it. I CAN RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

I ordered this for use in working on vintage cameras. It comes ready-filled with an unspecified viscosity oil which, while useful, for me it would have been preferable empty so it could be charged with something specific of my choice. That said, it's an easy and precise tool to use, and would be handy for any number of jobs that require a small application of lubricant. A good product that.
