I needed these as my new shoes were rubing on the side of my left ankle so needed my foot lifted a bit. These seem to do the job and are quite comfortable, giving some extra cushioning - although I feel about 1cm taller. The material is sticky but there is no adhesive so they may slip in the shoe, ut probably not while being worn.

These heel cups are exactly as expected, and are half the price of similar ones in my local sports shop. I have wide feet so was concerned that they might be too narrow, but they're just right. I washed them carefully after a few long days' use, and they were fine. They did take a bit longer to arrive than I hoped, though.

Great item really helps with the heel pain by 'softening the blow' so to speak, the only thing I have found again these is that the so called sticky part to stop them moving about in the shoe doesn't last more than a day so have to keep applying more.

The heel cups offer good support and I like the fact that they stick to the inside of your shoes. Consider that they are very thick, however, and might not be comfortable for people like me, who have flat feet. In the end, I had to stop wearing them because the arch under my feet started hurting.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I was recommended to try these by a physiotherapist.They do the job ...... for a little while. However, my foot became sore from rubbing on them and they felt like they’d slipped down but they had not.I found them uncomfortable and invested in a pair of a S*****rs instead! Best decision I made!!

Excellent price and fit into the shoes perfect and not bad taking the pressure off the heel .

Take pressure of your heels

Definitely better than most other products I've tried for relief of plantar fasciitis. Not sure why the middle needs to be bright pink. These would be more discreet if they were fully clear.
