Perfect for making poached eggs, less than 40 seconds cooking time. Easy to use just crack an egg into the container, pierce the egg with a fork add half a tablespoon of water. Cook for 30/35 seconds leave to stand for 30 seconds and you’ve got your perfect poached egg which fits in the egg container to make an average sized poached egg. Pretty healthy meal also. Pleased customer 👍

Great little item. Easy to wash. I put a bit of water in the bottom then crack an egg into it. Close, make sure the little tab on the top is open. Microwave for 40 seconds. Poached egg. Couldn't be easier

Works ok but really only good for making one egg to fit in a sandwich …. Better to use traditional method for poached egg… much better result

Great wee gadget for making a small omelette.When it says a splash of milk it means a small splash.I usually add 2 eggs a splash of milk.Mix it up with some seasoning and a some grated parmesan cheese.Pop it in the microwave for 45 seconds. I then remove and stir then another 35 to 40 secs and voila.I am using a 1000w microwave on full power.The poaching however is not very good as the yolk will be hard even with a teaspoon of water.I've only had it a few days and used it every morning.I shall give the poached egg another go but to be honest it wouldn't be a deal breaker.

Having used a Microwave for years but nothing exceptional just really heating the foodI decided to try a Microwave Unit intended for the microwave ( usually I used pyrex dishes etc)So I decided to start using a simple product.... the egg cookerNever tried anything like this before I mixed up an egg, some grated cheese,, a little diced pepper. a dash of milkMixed them up in the pot and popped into the microwave - pressed the vent on the lid placed it on half powerI did 2 minites on a 900-watt oven after 2 minutes had a quick peek inside the container it looked great but had some moisture so gave another 30 secondsThen tipped it out onto a piece of brown toastIt looked terrific and was perfectly cooked with a soft warm centre IT WAS A PERFECT LIGHT SNACKSo impressed I ordered 2 sets of Sistema different cooking potsNow I am can hardly wait because this is the way to perfect eatsI am new to cooking because I have an invalid wife who was the perfect cook. she said it was perfect and looking forward to more dishes this wayBonus is it is so quick - get used to the reduced time a real bonusNothing negative just a worthwhile way to prepare top quality food each timeI will experiment with my new microwave pots from Sistema knowing they produce top quality producys that even a novice like me.... can crow out loudA Happy Hubby
