Absolutely amazing product! I was never able to take any form of fish oil,I,tried over the years. The capsules are too large for me to swallow (even the smaller ones) and any liquid fish oil made me throw up (sorry) if I even managed to swallow it at all. I took a chance with this one as the reviews said it was easy to swallow and didn't smell fishy. I was very sceptical but tried to stay open minded and I'm so happy I did! Thank you to all who reviewed this product, thanks to you I can eventually take the much needed supplement and I feel a big difference in my energy levels and brain fog lifted too. With my previously horrendous experience I couldn't figuire out how fish oil can be easy to swallow but OMG this one really is! It doesn't smell fishy AT ALL! It doesn't feel oily in the mouth (not like some veg oils like hemp) It's light and as someone described it has a very gentle taste of lemon drizzle, not like a lemon. Just beautiful! I love it so much that I have subscribed to the 3 monthly delivery and I'm going to be their customer for life! If you hesitate, are unsure about the taste or texture, if you like me are very sensitive all I can say just give it a try and I'm sure you'll love it. I'm blown away. Now starting using this product ,day one for me but quite a pleasant taste ,lemon flavoured . So far so good highly recommend .

I take this supplement to keep my joints and skin in good condition. Omega 3 has a huge aray of benefits, and unless you eat oily fish everyday, its worth taking a supplement. I like the idea of this nordic stuff because its not a pill. And i hate pills. One teaspoon a day and you're covered. It tastes fine. Its oily, but the lemon helps with that. My main issue with this product, is thats its near impossible to pour out onto a teaspoon without spilling at least a drop or two. This is a total waste, and it really bugs me that the manufacturer didnt consider this and add a dropper or a flow reducer to help this. Maybe its just me though, i might be heavy handed. But pouring a tiny 5ml on to a teaspoon from a fully open bottle isn't easy! You get approx 100 servings in this bottle. But im willing to bet that i will waste 10 of those on the kitchen counter.

my GP advised me omega 3 suppliment for knee and joint pain, being sceptical of-course i read up online and was overwhelmed with the amount of benefits omega 3 has "according to research". but as always its better to try it yourself and watch the differences. after a week of taking this i found myself waking up with more energy and most importantly no dull aches in my back! throughout my days i could notice how the pain wasnt distracting me as much and was so relieved to have found something effective. youll find a lot of claims that omega 3 also improves your thinking and mental health, where i personally dont know how exactly but im confident to say that omega 3 oil improves blood circulation overall, and in turn enables your blood to do its job, supporting all other parts of your body with energy and nutrients. (including the brain) so its safe to say that omega 3 improves your immune systems job. which is core to wellbeing. and to what ive noticed, this product has certainly given me this perspective, its really made me feel more alive and healthier. ive used this oil in salads and cooking low on temperatures too, its advised to keep refrigerated to prolong the shelf life. we didnt actually do this it was kept in room temperature the whole time and tasted the same, just keep in mind we used it up way before its expiry date. not something you have to worry about if youre not the only one taking it everyday. the taste is really bearable thanks to the lemon flavour that masks it, the kids would occasionally get the after taste burp but it really isnt something they ever complained about as compared to other fish oils weve tried. its recommended to take 5ml (just about less than full tablespoon) but we ussualy take around 2 of 3ml this is pretty much our most valuable supplements we take now, with sensible diet and exercise i think its all i need to maintain good health!
