I bought this to clean my wife's silver charm bracelet which had been sitting in the safe for many years and was black. It is now all shiny and new looking. Had to use the brush provided on the charms but it was worth the effort.

Cleans gunge from the little details on jewellery quite well, but doesn’t remove tarnish, so not a perfect fit for what I need. Having to buy a separate product to deal with tarnish.

I didn't like it. The result wasn't what I expected. It didn't clean. I couldn't return it because it was liquid. I didn't like it.

Disappointed as it does not come with a basket to pop inside the tub the tweezers are awkward to get the jewellery out you basically have to put your hand in to grab the jewellery would not buy again !! Results not as good as expected and I buy a lot of HG products, wish I’ve have gone for a cheaper brand with basket included,

I bought this product as a last attempt to salvage my Pandora bracelet after it went black in a hot tub. I Left it for 20mins, brushed it and left soaking for a further 20mins. It's now shining. No weird smells, great product, will use again
