Willow Stan for life!
This is my second time ordering the Willow Go, and I can confidently say it’s still my favorite breast pump. I’ve tried several others: Elvie, Ameda, Motif, Medela, and even the Eufy S1 Pro, but nothing compares to the suction and overall performance of the Willow Go. While the Eufy worked, my body just didn’t respond to it as well as it does to the Willow Go. I should also mention that I have elastic nipples and this pump along with the correct sizing flanges/inserts have given me the highest output, sometimes more than my spectra. One feature I really appreciate is that it comes with 21mm inserts, which is perfect for moms who need a smaller size than the standard 24mm. That’s something not all pumps offer, and it makes a big difference in comfort and output. I also noticed that this purchase included splash guards, which my first one didn’t have. As a registered nurse working 12 hour shifts, this has been incredibly helpful. I often have to stop and run into patients’ rooms before I’m completely finished pumping, and the splash guards make that much less stressful. Overall, I absolutely love the Willow Go and will continue to purchase and recommend their products.

SAVED MY PUMPING JOURNEY!
Ok so I exclusively pump and I absolutely hate it but I want my baby to have antibodies from my milk at least the first 6 months. In an effort to simplify my pumping and save my sanity I have owned several wearables. Momcozy S12, Momcozy M1, Bellababy, and Willow 3.0. Each one had its pros and cons but I kept searching for the perfect pump. This is it. The S12 had great suction but the motors were clunky and fell off easily. The Bellababy started turning itself on and off after 3 days of use and the shape was weird. The Willow 3.0 was a mess, when I could get it to work right the suction was very strange and I could barely get any milk. I sold this one with a quickness and was reluctant to get anything else from Willow but I'm glad I did. The M1 is my second favorite and closest in performance to the Willow Go but it's very round and protruding and feels clunky so I only use that one at home. However, it does empty me faster than the Willow. I find I have to run a 30-40 minute cycle on Willow and only 20 with the M1 but the Willow is much more comfortable to wear. The Willow Go is the most comfortable pump I have ever used and that includes my wall pumps like the Medela PIS and Motif Duo with cushions. Some people can use the Willow Go as their main pump but I am only 5 weeks PP so that is not recommended although honestly I pretty much use wearables exclusively because working from home with a newborn and a farm leaves you 0 time to sit by the wall for 20 mins. Pros -Relatively quiet compared to cheaper wearables -EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE -Great suction. This thing SUCKS and in the best way. I normally use my M1 and S12 at full suction but with the Willow I use it at 4-5. -Beautiful and just feels premium, fits the breast perfectly and no one can tell im wearing it (as long as they cant hear me) -High capacity cups (holds way more than Willow 3.0) -The parts are easy to assemble/disassemble and clean Cons: -The app sucks, disconnects a lot and doesnt really do much other than show you how long and which setting you are on -Louder than Willow 3.0 but not by much -Takes longer to empty me than other wearables -Battery life could be better, I only get about 2 30-min sessions, but it does recharge pretty quick Overall I would not recommend the 3.0 but I would def recommend the Willow Go for exactly as the name states, on the Go. It's the perfect pump for traveling or completing outside chores etc. just would not recommend as main pump but that goes for any wearable.

My on the go pump
I love this pump for when I am in the go. I have the carrying case which makes this pump more convenient and a quick grab for me. It’s not my primary pump but it does well when I need to pump and am away from home. I have had a couple issues, sometimes the duckbill will almost fuse shut and has led to me getting soaked as the milk just flowed out instead of into the container. I’m not sure what causes this but it’s happened several times. I squeeze the little duckbill to make sure it can open before I put the pump together. Sometimes the flange seperates from the pump, most times I can usually put it back together and still use it, other times I have to get new sets together since I’m not sure what causes it. I have the 7oz containers and it holds that exact amount. Battery is good and holds enough charge for 2-3 pumps. Suction is decent and I can get about the same amount from my spectra. Everyone reacts differently to pumps, the baby Buddha doesn’t get me “empty” and I’d say I prefer willow despite it having a more powerful suction. Spectra is my primary, the willow is my second favorite

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. One week in and it does not work.
DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY FOR IT TO NOT WORK PROPERLY ONLY A WEEK IN TO USING IT. I’m only giving it 1 star because without it I would not be able to write a review. My daughter is 2 weeks old, the first week I did not use the pump as I my milk was not in yet, this past week I’ve noticed that this pump does not last more than maybe 2 pumps during the day before I have to fully charge again. If it is not fully charged it will not suction correctly. Yes, it’s convenient, but only if it worked properly. I’m super bummed because I was really excited for this pump as I had heard great reviews and did my research before purchasing out of pocket since my insurance does not cover it. After a feeding I like to pump, I have a newborn and a toddler which is why I figured this would be perfect so that I would not have to be attached to the wall and neglect my toddler for so long even after a long feeding with my newborn. I truly wish the company would send a replacement instead of me having to return especially since I also paid for insurance and that is unfortunately non refundable (waste of money since I won’t need it) but I’m honestly afraid that the replacement would work the same. I don’t feel like it fully empties me out completely unless it is fully charged each time, and even then I feel like I can still feed my daughter after a pump. I now unfortunately have to order a different brand that is not fully as convenient but have heard and seen great reviews on so that I can have peace of mind. Seriously super bummed at how poorly this worked especially since it is so pricey. Not everyone had the luxury to purchase something like this, for those of us who had to really think before spending this much on anything, it’s really unfortunate that the item does not work as expected. Again , the convenience is there if it worked properly. Super bummed this did not work. I was seriously so In love with it at first.

Worth every penny …
I was skeptical based on some of the negative reviews I saw but this pump has been truly amazing. I have flat nipples and large breasts so I wasn’t sure I’d ever be able to tandem pump and nurse my baby successfully. However, the gentle suction got double out of one breast what I typically got out of both when hand expressing with a manual pump or my haakaa. It’s also much quieter and more convenient to use than my spectra for overnight pumping. I still use my spectra on a daily basis but not having to worry about the cords and tubes at night when I’m tired has been great. The only drawback to these pumps is that there are so many parts to disassemble and put back together but, once you’ve done it a couple of times, it’s really not that bad. Just make sure all parts are dry before reassembling and then gently tug on the diaphragm before attaching the clear flanges to the back. I haven’t had any suction issues since. Also, make sure to get fitted for proper insert sizes with a lactation consultant for the most comfortable experience since the 24 mm flanges that come standard with the pumps are much too big for most people (I got sized and found out I needed a 17 mm fitted insert). Update: I was having difficulty syncing my pumps to my phone and figured out that if you disconnect Bluetooth the batteries on the pumps last forever. I can now use these pumps throughout the day on one charge which is fantastic since I’m back to work full time. Just a tip for anyone annoyed by the short battery lifespan like I was! Happy pumping!

So comfortable!
The most comfortable pump! I was nervous to buy this because once you open the box you cannot return it, but I’m so glad I did. It’s a game changer to be able to hold my baby while I pump. It’s so comfortable that at first I wasn’t sure it was doing anything! You do have to snap the collection parts on the pump just right or it won’t create enough suction, but their website made it so easy to make sure I was doing it right. Definitely worth the money, I wish I got this sooner!

No margin for error but when it works it works
I am a second time mom and pumped a LOT with my last baby when I went back to work. So I have a decent experience base to draw from. I read reviews carefully and went with the Willow Go because 1) I don’t require a lot of suction and never “max out” in that regard, 2) don’t produce a whole lot so the comments on overflow/milk reflux out the valve are not a concern for me, and 3) really need a wearable pump because I hated trying to make my spectra work in the car while driving (yes I could make it work but it was clunky and not ideal). I agree with the other posters online (blogs, Reddit, Amazon reviews etc) who say this is not a good pump for newbies. I did great on my first pump with the Go but still managed to whiff it on the second and get a valve fail with milk leaking down my front. Corrected the error and got a great result on pump three which prompted me to submit a review to help others. I am able to use a size 21 flange so no inserts needed, and as mentioned above I don’t require a ton of suction. I have been able to get identical output from the Go compared to my Spectra which was a pleasant surprise. Can’t speak to how long things last before parts wear out and need to be replaced to maintain performance but not bad for a start. But this pump is finicky. My best advice, which I saw from other posters, is to assemble and check everything right before you pump- don’t have it pre-assembled and just throw it on and expect all to be well, at least not in the beginning. I also am using the recommended “place the flange on your breast first then push the rest of the assembled unit onto it” method. It does help you to see how you’re lining things up on your body which is an important part of the process here. Best of luck, ladies. But it isn’t hopeless.

Willow go flanges
I ordered the 24 mm flanges for my Willow Go, and they’ve been a great fit and replacement option. The sizing feels accurate, and once I switched to the correct flange size, I noticed a big improvement in both comfort and output. The material is soft but still sturdy enough to hold its shape during use, which makes a difference during longer pumping sessions. They’re also easy to clean and swap out, which is a must when you’re already juggling a busy schedule. If you’re unsure about sizing, I’d definitely recommend double-checking before ordering—getting the right fit makes all the difference. But overall, these replacement flanges work exactly as expected and are a solid buy for Willow Go users.

A Total Game-Changer for Working Moms!
I absolutely LOVE this breast pump! As a working mom who spends a lot of time stuck in traffic every morning and evening, this pump has been a lifesaver. It's so convenient and easy to use — I just wear it inside my bra and pump while driving. No wires, no hassle, and it's super discreet. The hands-free design allows me to make the most of my commute without sacrificing my pumping schedule. It's comfortable, quiet, and surprisingly efficient. I honestly don't know how I managed before getting this! If you're a busy mom looking for something that fits into your routine without slowing you down, I highly recommend this pump. Total game-changer!

Must have
Expensive but well worth the splurge.. I’ve been a mom for 3 years and went through 4 different brands of pump until I found this gem. These containers have little tops so it doesn’t leak when you tilt. A must have

They don’t work
They don’t really work, they leak no matter what, I know they are not 100% leak proof and just splash proof but not even that works, they splash and leak while a just walk.

Not spill proof
Not completely spill proof, makes loud noise compared to the open version
