I’m 5 foot 2, will this be too big for me?

I’m 5foot 2 and this fits just fine. Best thing I’ve bought for a long time.

What does the cover feel like? I had one before that had a scratchy cover.

I’m usually in a tshirt when I sit with it and it isn’t scratchy or uncomfortable at all. Feels smooth.

Does this work in reclining chairs?

It isn’t as wide as most reclining chair backs but I see no reason why not? If you like to go way back then probably not, but a smaller incline should be ok. I usually use it on the couch, and it helps me sit properly and takes the pressure off my back.

Does this help with upper back and shoulder pain?

I use it at work for this reason, because I tend to hunch over. This lets me sit back with good posture, and it is tall enough to support my upper back and let my shoulders relax, so I’m not always carrying tension there anymore. It’s made a huge difference for me in terms of aches and pains between my shoulder blades and in my neck.
