It was easy to replace once we got the necessary tool. Tablet works perfectly, holds its Charge and was a fraction of what it would have cost us to replace. Tried many of the well known PC Stores and most advised a replacement and another was going to charge what we considered a fortune!! The replacement battery arrived much earlier than expected, very well packaged and had a very nice communication from Seller to say, if there was any problem, they would be more than happy to sort it out. Fitting was easy compared to say to a iPad battery replacement loads of "How To" on Youtube ,,Now tablet last over a day compared with the hour with original battery,, don't know the lifespan yet time will telljust be carefull with the black motherboard battery connector hold it down while disconnecting batteryEdit not that good after a few weeks only last for 4 hours at best
