Great Air Purifier, Excellent Customer Service
I've been using this air purifier 24/7 on auto for almost 5 months. With 4 dogs and ducts that need deep cleaning, we have so much dust. This machine helps a lot. At first, it ran at 350-400 for days. As we kept up with the cleaning (not any different than we were doing before), that number dropped significantly over a week and it sat in the teens and 20s. The number would creep upward near the end of the week so I took the filter out, wiped/vacuumed it off, and put it back in. A few minutes later, it would be back in the teens/20s. I wipe the outside of the machine off daily just because dog hair likes to accumulate. After a couple months, I changed the filter because the number just wouldn't get back down under 50. By the next morning, it was back in the teens. This machine is a workhorse.Despite cleaning off the filter weekly and filter changes every 6-8 weeks, my air purifier started having issues last week. The sensor that determines what rate the air purifier should run at when on auto stopped working so my machine is running nonstop at 500. After a few days of trying to fix it myself following every troubleshooting I could find online, I finally reached out to the seller. They asked me to try troubleshooting again, following basically the same steps I had found online. That did not fix the machine unfortunately. They asked for my order number, the serial number on the machine, and a picture of the device running at 500. As soon as I sent those, they dispatched out a brand new machine at no cost to me. They told me they were going to send one and I was skeptical but just a few days later, it showed up. I am incredibly impressed by their customer service. Blair was so helpful and understanding. 100% will continue purchasing these products because their customer service is amazing.

Air Purifier 2,064 SQ ft
Well my house is 1900 sq foot. And it works great. When my son started to burn his food (lol) yes my son. it went straight to red said the air wasn't good. My youngest is highly allergic to dust and dust mites. We used to live at the doctor, not anymore since we got this. Helps him out a million times better.

so far so good !
Hi!! I just purchased this a few days ago…I felt I was taking a bit of a risk since there aren’t as many reviews of this product as some of the other options but it had nearly all of the features I wanted and is pretty on top of it! So far it’s been a couple of days and nights and I have really noticed a difference in the air quality !! The machine is also lightweight and easy to unwrap etc.I live in an apartment with carpets atm and even though I shampoo them regularly, there has always been a slight musty smell in a certain area of my living room. Within 20-30 min of using this, the smell went away..which is awesome(I’m not sure why that odor is there!)There are 3 fan speeds available, the fastest sounds like any other fan (if you like fan noise or white noise when you sleep you’ll love it!) the slowest speed is soo quiet you can barely hear it (if you like it to be quiet)…there is also a timer.Just one thing to be aware of …after you open the bottom of the machine to unwrap the filter and place back in there is a safety feature where you have to hear a “click” when you place the bottom lid back on or else the machine won’t turn on (the icons on top will just blink). I emailed customer care provided in the booklet and they got back to me within a couple of hours…they told me what to do to make sure it clicks properly into place. It is a super super subtle sound !! I also searched the Q&A and reviews on here and found someone else who mentioned that and that was super helpful….so thank you to that person!

clean air!
I constantly use this like everyday all the time and it helps with any smells and the air quality in my apartment. it's super quiet when it's on level one and two and the convenience with the timer helps.I have a two-fold problem: the odor of dogs coupled with sneezing from dust and pollen. Despite having only hardwood floors and constantly vacuuming with three types of vacuums, I have to wear dust mask around the house. I take two different kinds of allergy medication pills, along with allergy eye drops, allergy nasal spray and I still have to have my inhaler handy for the attacks. I went to an allergist for allergy testing, and here is the kicker....I didn't react to dog dander as much as I did pollen and dust. It's just a plain old dusty house that is the real problem.I don't know how to describe it other than to say the air almost feels 'lighter' when you breathe it. Maybe it is because I am no longer battling sinus congestion or reaching for my rescue inhaler. I was skeptical about making this purchase, and now I am sorry I waited so long. I just purchased another larger one.I haven't experienced these issues. It had three speeds, speed 1 is the quietest, speed 2 is a little louder but not too loud as other views have pointed out, and speed 3 is louder still but not overly noisy (which for some apparently is unbearably loud, trust me louder things exist in the world).I consider this a very good buy!

Two different air purifiers, but both have error function
I bought one. The first one wouldn't work at all and had the E1 function immediately I called customer support and they recommend I have a replacement sent. Got the second one and it worked immediately. I went to replace the filter last night and now the E1 error message is back and I can't get it to work. I've taken the filter out twice. Wiped down both the inside and outside (the original filter wasn't even that dirty). Can't get the stupid thing to work. I was actually happy with the way it was working, but there doesn't seem to be any way to get this error message to reset. The instructions say to open the screen cover and once it's closed, it'll return to normal. I don't see anything where you can open a screen cover. I wouldn't buy this product. I'm glad it works for some people. But twice now I've had issues with two separate units. What a waste of money. And of course there isn't a number I can call.

Good air purifier
I live in a home with smokers. This machine cleans the air fairly quick. It can be noisy when running at full power.

Clean fresh air in the smoking room is the best testimonial.
In our house, the front room - AKA the closed-in front porch - is the smoking room. I noticed that even if we kept the smoking room door closed and window open, there would always be the smells that transferred to the rest of the house and lingered. Now that it's winter and we can't keep the window open, the effect was even more noticeable. As the only non-smoker in the house, I had a problem with this. For reference: the smoking room is about 10'x10' and the whole house is about the size of a double-wide trailer. Now, since we've been using the air purifier - when someone is smoking (various combustibles plus vaping a range of vape juices) the smoking room door stays closed and the air purifier is on duty. When we use the auto feature, about 15-30 seconds after the first puff is exhaled, the air purifier registers the impurities and goes to work. 5 minutes after the last puff, the air is cleaned and the unit settles down until the next round. Once this happens we open the smoking room door again and the air purifier once again registers the 'new' air coming from the rest of the house, and goes back to work cleaning the whole house's air, while we go back to our day.I find it really satisfying and reassuring to see the LED display showing a numeric value they've assigned my air quality. The higher the rating, the harder the purifier works - and you can watch the number drop as the air is filtered through and sent back into the house. We do find it a bit loud when smokers are actually sitting in the room when the unit is running but if it was placed in a larger space it wouldn't be so bad. We consider it a worthy trade for the important work it is doing, and it's not intolerable. You can still hold a conversation, sitting about 6 feet away from the air purifier, while it is on the highest level.I don't have any special tools to measure the air quality or parts per million of any impurities - but what I can tell you for sure is that the air in the whole house stays fresher. The air purifier is two rooms away from the kitchen, but cooking smells linger for a shorter amount of time. And, the very best - I don't smell smoke in the house.

Above expectation. Excellent product and exactly as advertised
It's been running non stop for the last 3 1/2 months. My mother was suffering from allergies and she was coughing constantly. First time we started it, it was indicating about 70 (air was definitely bad) and after only 1 hour running at full speed it was down below 5. And after running it for less than 24 hours my mother coughing was down by roughly 90% so there was definitely something in the air that bothered her. She's been fine since so it definitely did a great job. Both my mom and I love the product and we'll be purchasing another one for downstairs with some extra filters. Cannot recommend this product enough.

Nice Looking Purifier
I think this filter looks great. In terms of features it has an auto mode, which autmatically sets the fan speed based on how clear the air is. I've been using this mode and for the most part it keeps the fan noise practicly inaudible. You can put it to sleep after 1,2.4 or 8 hours. There is a child mode; but my kids are too glued to their phones at this point to even notice if there is air in the house. But if there is a disruption with the WiFi watch out!Wish it had a 'state memory'. I'd like to hook this up to an external timer so I can control it with Alexa. But if you cut the power when it is running, once you turn it back on the defice will stay off. And it reverts back to default settings (auto fan mode). The filter is on the bottom so you need to flip it on it's head to change it. I'm afraid of scratching the button area. Not a big deal, but it could have been recessed a bit so you wouldn't need to worry about it.It says to change ther filters every 3-6 months but I wonder how much they cost, or even what fitlers are required. I took a quick look but I couldn't find any on amazon. Some of purifiers I've had in the past have filters that cost almost as much as the unit itself... This has me worried. I wish filters came in standard sizes, but this certainly isn't the case for any of the purifies I've owned so far. Note that the instructions do say you can clean the existing filter with a vacuum and damp cloth to prolong the life.Overall it's a nice looking and quiet (on low fan settings). My only worry is about filter replacements.

Smaller than I imagined.
I’m not quite sure about the 1200+ sq ft rating. I’m sure it can filter that but in how long? The good news, my area is prone to wildfire smoke and this year I decided to get ahead of the buying frenzy and get something to filter out the smell from the interior of my house. With all the rain this season I have yet to notice any difference in wildfire smell as it hasn’t been an issue yet. I did buy the purple filter to go with it to see if there is a difference between the white one that comes in the unit. But again I haven’t been able to use it.The sound of the unit is hardly noticeable on the low setting anything more and you know there’s a filter running in the room. Which doesn’t bother us it does what it is supposed to do with its current work load.I don’t look forward to the wildfires but I do look forward to the cleaner air in my house.
