Quality parts and great warranty fully backed by company
I bought two of these for two new bathrooms. Great quality. I had this professionally installed so I can’t comment on the installation process. However, they did not have any issues with installation.The customer service is incredible and they fully back their warranty. I had an issue with one of the brackets and they took care of the problem immediately through email communication.I bought a Delta faucet for my kitchen but this product feels just as high quality as the Delta faucet.

We like it!
We recently had a shower stall installed and ordered this. We really like it. We both have fine thin hair and it works well for rinsing. However, if you have long thick hair there might not be enough pressure to thoroughly rinse well.

Versatile.
So far so good. I like the versatility of rain shower and adjustable handheld heads. The lever to change between heads is on water control panel. It was important to me that I didn’t have to reach to the shower head area to switch them.

Buy a brand name shower system
This is a nice looking shower system. The hand held delivers great pressure but the rain head is not as powerful as advertised. I have very strong water pressure and I thought this would deliver as advertised.

Great pressure
Very happy with my purchase. It looks great and it has great pressure. Which was my biggest concern. We took the restrictor out of our previous one to get optimal pressure. But didn’t think it was necessary with this one. Especially the hand held part has great pressure.Can’t comment on installation, as I had it installed by professionals.

Very impressive piece of plumbing.
Unbelievably well made piece of plumbing. The attention to detail from the packaging to the flawlessly smooth function of the mixer and diverter after installation is something you don't see often these days. Worth every penny, though not really that much more expensive than the normal name brands. Everything about this shower set screams quality.

Bought for another bathroom remodel
We liked this shower system so much we decided to add it to another bathroom remodel. The contractors liked how in the installation is straight forward and materials are good quality.

Leaking
After install the after about a week the control unit developed a leak. I thought it was the water lines leaking but it is the control unit itself.
